Super friendly and helpful staff that aided with any questions and helped me and my friends figure out how the ski shuttle and ski rental services. Great location (10 minutes walk to town and located on ski bus line), breakfast was fantastic, clean rooms, and would definitely stay here again!!

Would be good to have a mini fridge and kettle in the room. Price expensive for what it was, although most things in Cortina were quite expensive.

The room was nice and quiet, clean and with a reasonable amount of space. The balcony was good, and we could open the door to get natural lighting and fresh air. Bar and breakfast staff were very friendly. The included buffet breakfast was good. We came near the end of summer but I imagine in the ski season this place would be good. Location is walkable to town centre (about 15 to 25 mins depending what part).

Tub no shower. Just a sprayer that you could try to use like a shower. Note only can speak of our room as others may have had showers.

Beautiful Chalet type lodging with various rooms to read a book or just relax. Nice bar area with fireplace. Outstanding morning breakfast that had breads, jams, cereals, meats, scramble eggs, and juice.

Room was quaint but a bit small for that price point.

We liked the restaurant, really good breakfast with gluten free options, dinner menu changed every night and it was very enjoyable. The staff was amazing and very helpful (except for one waiter who messed up our order and our bill - always double check).

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, would like to have stayed for more. Also, we did not have time to explore all the spaces in the hotel or learn more about its history. We will stay again the next time we visit Cortina.

Family owned and managed hotel - it makes the difference !

Very warm attitude of the owner of the hotel - they helped me out with all my needs. Especially helping me out with indications on trails i wanted to walk in the mountains. Had a beautiful time. The walk to town centre is beautiful.

The room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies and our room faced the street, so had lots of road noise all night!

The location is fantastic and close enough to walk downtown, which was largely why we booked this hotel. The staff was helpful in recommending hikes and activities!

Quite old furnished bedroom with carpet on the floor, old bathroom where you need to take a shower in the bath.. hate that. Booked early and paid more than the price on booking when we arrived. Room not in line with my expectations. 1000€ for 4 nights and Spa available with extra charge of 23€ / person. Ok.. it’s Cortina.. but still..

It is not allowed to visit the restaurant with a dog, it was just a little bit disappointing (we could take our dog everywhere- to every restaurant, every trail, every rifugio and malga, even shops, Italians just love dogs, but we couldn't eat breakfast together, so we were forced to eat separately, we just don't understand this because the hotel was generally dog-friendly). But we respect their rules, it wasn't very big problem for us. We don't like to leave our dog lonely in new places, we are afraid that he can do something unexpected. Breakfasts- small amount of vegetables, more variety would be great. But everything that hotel offers was tasty and fresh.

Great place. The surrounding of the hotel is beautiful. Beautiful views- from every side. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, there is a lot of space, even a small wardrobe, beds are very comofortable. The place is very clean and "well cared". Staff is really kind, helpful, they are always smiling (wonderful young waitress- we love you!), they are nice people, who are doing their job very well. Tasty breakfasts (we drink the best cappuccino in hotel restaurant) . We always travel with a dog and it is important for us to feel comfortable- the dog had a lot of space- in the garden near hotel and there is path just behind the hotel, where you can go for a walk without any stress about traffic. Cortina is good point to start hiking. And mountains- just breathtaking, the most beautiful place in the world. We love this place, this mountains, this hotel, Italian people. We were thinking about coming back even before we left. Best regards!

The hotel is on a busy road and it is noicy at night. It is especially felt as there is no A/C and you have to keep windows open. We were surprised the economy double room didn't have shower but only bathtube. There was no curtain and water was sprinkling around and wetting the whole floor.

We had triple and economy double rooms for 5 people. The triple room was spacious and well equiped with huge shower. The beds were convenient. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has very nice garden. The staff is nice and attentive. Free parking was always available.

The value for money is low. There are hotels with half the price or less than that and similar conditions. While overall it was clean, there were some spider webs in one spot and the furniture was old and hallway door wouldn't close and through the separating door you could hear the neighbours perfectly. I stayed in an economy room and I am not very fussy, but for this price, I would still have expected more.

The little park or garden behind the hotel where you can rest in chairs and watch the mountains is great. Also, all the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast and dinner were very good.
