We were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful every morning. The dinner menu lacked a little choice. Very pleasant stay in a good location.

The aircon was touch and go and quite noisy. If you resorted to keeping the balcony door open for fresh air, then mosquitos would come into the room. It would be best if they installed a flyscreen door.

Spacious room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing too. The staff were extremely helpful.

Superb location and a very pleasant walk into Limone. Excellent facilities with a pool and hot tub with ample seating and sun beds. Breakfast was very good and the underground parking very convenient. The room was a little dated perhaps, but perfectly comfortable with good AC. Would stay again.

There is nothing you could possibly not like about this hotel. It is absolutely wonderful!! So clean with a lovely infinity pool & jacuzzi!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was the first time I have been here- but I will be back! The staff are all really lovely & helpful- unlike some Italian staff I have encountered! The hotel is so modern-it looks like it was built yesterday. The new infinity pool is wonderful & the jacuzzi is sooo great! I even stayed on a few hours the next day after checkout! There was no problem! My room was huge with a lovely big balcony. It had a nice shower I only stayed 1 night though, so didnt have tine to use it. The breakfast & evening meal is really lovely-great coffee & plentiful food croissants etc. The Italian woman serving at restaurant was especially nice. I will definitely be back. Its a little way out of Limone centre but Im sure its walkable. But I just stayed at hotel. Could not tear myself away from the pool! A big thanks to all the staff-especially reception staff as they really made me feel welcome. The hotel is very clean as well. It smelled clean everywhere & I could see them cleaning the pool & pool area in the evening. Totally brilliant hotel! I will stay again! And the Buffalo steakhouse nearby is also wonderful!

The AC was not cooling enough... The beds were not very comfortable ( narrow ) however this feedback didn't ruin the nice experience and the good features that the hotel has .

The hotel's view was beautiful as you can see the lake from the swimming pool .Extremely helpful friendly staff as we reported an issue in the bathroom and it was fixed immediately . Location is perfect as 15 minutes walk to center and 5 mins walk to a close public beach where you can rent sunbeds and umbrella . Good open buffet breakfast

Stunning pool and view, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Felt like family run hotel, very clean and good breakfast. Would definitely want to go back, perfect location out of the bustle of the old town but easy walk.

Beautiful location, 15 minutes walk to Limone old town. Overlooking one of the most spectacular part of the north lake. The whole resort was spotless. Infinity pool overlooking the lake. Very quiet neighbourhood and comfy room with lake view

The hotels' location alongside Lake Garda is exceptional with great views. The room was a very good size & well equipped - very comfortable. All staff we met were friendly & helpful, enhanced our stay. The food in the hotel restaurant was of a very good standard and reasonably priced. Strongly recommended

Shower temperature inconsistent, within 5 minutes of finding a comfortable temperature the water becomes boiling hot. When eating in the restaurant service is slow, we waited 40 minutes to have our drinks order taken.

Reception staff really friendly. Nice breakfast selection. Beautiful view overlooking the lake, the view from the pool area really is stunning. We liked the location, approx 25 min walk to the centre of Limone for the ferry, location may not be for everyone if you don't have a car.

Checkout should be 11.00am as breakfast is till 10.30am and you should not rush for breakfast and checkout. Should be kettle to warm water/make tea or coffee in the room. If you come to breakfast late then you will miss most of the options. Poll is not really heated.

Staff is really trained, friendly and helpful, rooms are big and clean, no noise from surroundings. Restaurant staff is also really friendly. You pay for view. Breakfast is fresh everyday but same. Pool area is also nice, one can spend whole day their.

Walls in rooms were thin and there was a parts next to us.

First of all, the gentleman on the reseption was so helpfull and full of positive Energy. Garage was good and swimming pool.
