We had to wait for warm water for about 5 minutes, bathroom was a littlebit dirty. Toilet was leaking the whole time And the noise of this was interrupring. Toilet wasnt splushing toilet paper.. We heard every single noise that was Made. We went sleep ať 22:00 And for next two hours we heard someone talking, walking, we heard smashing the Doors all the time. At 6am we heard alarm clock from different room And it woked us up.

Bed was pretty clean, towels aswell. It is close to Navigli And many pizza places.

Breakfast could be improved. Didnt like the fact it was served in plastic plates. Also we came fir breakfast at 9.40 am and most food was gone.

Everyone was very helpful and willing to help. The room was very clean, the location not very far from the metro station and the reception is open 24 hours, even if I had to wake up the kind man who took a rest for a while. Not to mention that I booked a room a few hours before I arrived and everything was ready on time. Thank you for the accommodation!

The housekeeping need to improve the way they clean the room. Under the bed is dirty. And need to make sure to clean the shower room. It's flood for it was blocked and dirty.

The stuff was rude, there was no way to communicate with someone from then. They just spoke Italien to us, no English. The room was terrible, the door didn’t open completely and the window couldn’t be opened anyway. -photos don't show the true color of this hotel. -Balcony was sharing with two other rooms, the door didn't close so I spent the night praying not to enter in my room. Of course I had to wait for my next door visitors to enter inside to sleep, so I had also wait to sleep. -one of the rooms had totally broken balcony door so everybody could enter, and the visitors couldn't sleep in darkness. - you could hear people sleeping, talking etc from the other side of the corridor -bathroom door didn't close so, no privacy. - just 2 pillows so soft and old, one with the bed that I had to use my jacket to uper my neck. Needless to say the pillow case was dirty and we had to insist for a clear one. The second one was dirty too.... -breakfast was just product's from market and nobody put extra bread or ham or to replace water. Also the room was cold. -the owner was rude, he was looking very angry because we came for the key around 22:00 so he had to stop the TV program. We went out and we had to wake him up at 06:00 to open the door. Of course his manners were again at least no welcomed. -they speak only Italian for purpose, but during payment they could speak English. -we had check out the following morning but they forced us to leave the place after midnight. The reason was because we had one friend (she stayed too there for one night )with us waiting in the room. Just sitting and waiting. They knew it was raining and everything is closed and how dangerous could be for us but they didn't care. I really cannot understand how a place like that has 7.1 rate. AVOID ΙΤ

It's supposed to be 24h and we asked the day we booked if there would be a problem fitting at 1am, they said it was fine. Then we arrived around that time and the manager was angry at us and refused to explain in English. Also it was very cold all the time. Worst of all, each single time we left, we locked the room just to find it unlocked when we came back, every single time. The area also seemed "dangerous" at night.

- SO MUCH NOISE! The walls are really thin and the doors dont fit the frame (few cm gaps above and under) means that you can hear absolutely everything from outside your room and from other rooms - the rooms were really cold, we had to sleep in a hoodie - only summer blankets in beds - broken equipment, for example only cables instead of a light above the bed - squeaky beds - mold in the shower curtains, we were afraid to touch them while showering - ridiculously small room for breakfast

Plug sockets in the room didn't work, the room was scruffy and walls dirty, blind didnt close and looked close to breaking, the bathroom was tiny, we didn't try the shower but the shower head did not look great. The staff seemed impatient with our presense. This room cost nearly £80 a night to be scruffy, in poor order, and miles out of town with the inability to charge a phone to sort a ride.
