Nothing, our stay was amazing!

The location was amazing, so close to the coliseum! The tips for where to eat extraordinary, and to be staying in an old converted convent was special for our family. Three comfortable bedrooms with high ceiling were great! The owner/host was wonderful with surprise gifts.

We liked everthing, gorgeous flat and great location (walking distance to the Colosseum). The check-in is a nice experience, they offer a nice breakfast at the cafe beside the building. The flat also comes with some gifts such as a bottle of wine that is a great way to start your day in Italy. The staff is very attentive and willing to help, one person of my group forgot her mobile phone and the staff helped us with that as well. Communication was great before, during and even after our stay. We will definitely come back.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. One bathroom is very small but perfectly clean and functional, and the luxurious en-suite bathroom more than makes up for it.

We received a wonderful welcome from the host and he shared tips for places to eat. The apartment building is beautiful and the location is fantastic with good bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as only being a stones throw from the Colosseum. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was very efficient. Good soundproofing too.

Great location. Personable greeter. Thoughtful gifts for guests. Welcoming espresso at Iside Cafe. What's not to love about this airy, roomy, authentic Roman apartment with the key modern upgrade - air conditioning!?! Close to Colosseum and two Metro stations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it was too short.

Nothing. We had a great stay.

This property had everything we needed and more. Very spacious, clean with all amenities we needed. Located in a historic building we enjoyed the beautiful interior and window views. Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. The location was perfect since you can see the Colosseum from the building entry and walk to it within minutes. Food store/coffee shop and more next door. Perfect for family with kids. The management team is very professional and available readily for anything we needed extra and even provided suggestions for places to eat, what to visit etc. On our last day, we encountered a train strike that cancelled our train to our next destination. Leonardo (the property manager) was so kind to help us out with finding alternate travel and went out of his way to make us confortable and reassuring in a very stressful situation specially with young family. Thank you Leonardo!

Perfect size and number of beds for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Easy access to good (both value and pricey) restaurants and grocery stores. Sometimes I wish we were closer to the center of town, but we had such quiet and peace of mind here that it was hard to beat.

Super location. On leaving the apartment you can immediately see the Coloseum. A wonderful flat. Very clean and in a very nice style. Contact with the owner very good. Equipment very good. Two bathrooms in the flat were a great advantage. I recommend to everyone this location for visiting Rome and beyond :)

Having to leave!

Communication was excellent. Owner met us at cafe next door, bought us all a drink then took me personally through the apartment. He took extra time to recommend local food and things to do. Air conditioning was excellent Great space Clean and tidy Awesome location

Bathrooms are small. But manageable if only for a night or two.

Great location, walkable distance to Colloseum. Had all the amenities and looked pretty much like in the pictures. Rooms are spacious enough for 6 to 8 people. The host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and even helped us out in getting a taxi back. Definitely recommend this place.

Its a bit small for 8 adults, you will be pretty squished together and there are 3 rooms total. 1 of them is a master suite and the other 2 have a queen and a twin each. Would be great for a family with kids but for 8 adults was a little tight. Everything else made it worth it though!!!

This was an excellent location, central Rome close to public transit, food, shopping and 5 mins from the colosseum. Pietro was awesome and so helpful at check-in and answering any questions we had. Fit 8 of us and the apartment was beautiful!! Icy cold AC too :)

The kitchen didn’t have a microwave which was a bit inconvenient for me to heat up food. But it does have an oven.

the stairs, be careful or wait to use the elevator, I had a little accident at the stairs, nothing that needed medical attention but it could have been worse

the apartment was big enough for 9 people, very confortable and the Coliseum was very close to the apartment
