Parking can be a challenge. Drop the luggage at La Grange and find a legal place to park.

I absolutely love this place! It's the second time with these lovely creatures, and I highly recommend it. Very clean, super comfortable, and the breakfast is made with local products. Colourful eggs from the sweet chickens and mega flavoured milk from gorgeous Ivone. Vegan and lactose free options are available.

The property is fabulous. Breakfast delicious. The restaurant up the road was ridiculously expensive and the staff abrupt and rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Catch the bus into town for some fantastic food and lovely people.

My only complaint is that the music from outside was a little loud from our rooms- we had a lot of early wake up calls and the music would go until about 11:30.

The only downside is to mention would be choice of places to eat in the village of Entreves. Not a problem of the hotel, but even at the end of June we had to go into town more than we might have wanted because the food choices weren't that good in Entreves. The pizzeria was closed till early July I assume. There was one great restaurant but very pricey. If I were La Grange I would set up a pizza oven or something like a BBQ to fill a hole in the market.

We loved this hotel! I chose it because of the animals, which I love and this made everything so charming. You might expect a place where pigs roam around the building that it would be unclean but the whole place was totally immaculate! The breakfasts were particularly good - so much choice and generosity of quantities. Also, the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our room was quite traditional in that it didn't have many mod cons and the shower screens were idiosyncratic shall we say, but none of this mattered to us at all. Added to the charm. We just loved the vibe and energy and genuine care coming from all. Entreves is a little way out of main Courmayeur but perfectly located for mountain walking (free bus stops nearby get you everywhere) and it's a nice walk into town and back if you don't mind it. We stayed 6 nights and we'll definitely come back with our own dog when we drive to the continent in the autumn.

I had a great time at this hotel. it was a lovely animal friendly hotel. The staff were great, helpful and very informative. We were the family of four so we booked one big room. The room was clean, neat with lovely countryside decoration. The breakfast was nice though not many choices but they came in large quantities. The disadvantage I had experienced at this hotel were The water pipe at the toothbrush basin was clogged. Another disadvantage was the misunderstanding of the public parking space. The staff explained where we could park the car and we thought we clearly understood it but unfortunately we were ticketed. We had to drive to the town to pay for the fine at the towns’post office at the price of 31 euro 😔

Not blame on the hotel, but the location is not in main city center - for our trip it was worth it, and there is public transport to easily reach center in 10-15min.
