How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Elevator is old as everywhere in Milan.
Cleanliness is excellent, every other day towels are changed and apt is cleaned. Location is good, 1,4 km to Duomo by walking , tram 1 min or metro 700 m. İt is spacious , comfortable. Building is old but apt inside is brand new. Nice restaurants are right across the street. Market is near by. And our host Daniele was always there for us, it is a very good feeling to know someone is there for you, when you need in an other country. Thank you a lot.

I liked every & do recommend staying here
The property was exactly as described. The location is great. They even had toiletries for us to use and a washing machine. I especially like the fact that the host checked us in very quickly and was very helpful by sending us location and videos of how to get inside the building. She was wonderful! Even helped me with some suggestions on where to go to dinner! Which was actually an excellent dinner. A+++++ 🇮🇹🥰

A lot of keys to get in but you get used to it.
Very large apartment, well laid out with two bathrooms. Nice furnishings. Toothbrush, body wash, lotion were all included. Location was perfect. Short tram ride to Duomo on one side and a short walk to the Navigli on the other. We loved it and will come again.

I really admit that the stay in Milan retreats was amazing !! The area is really nice the apartment was quite the metro near and we had a small problem with heat and they solved it immediately . I have to congratulate the team and they deserve a 10 in everything thank u!!!

Great location, super comfortable and clean! All info regarding stay (parking, keys etc.) are sent prior to arrival. Highly recommended and for next stays in Milan , this would be my number 1 choice.🏆

Everything was excellent.
We stayed with 2 families (4 adults and 3 children). The house consists of 3 huge rooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen (very large, equipped with everything you want). Everything was wonderful, starting from the access to the house until the departure. Spacious rooms, new and quality furniture, very clean and quality linens. Access is very easy, very close to the Duomo (2 tram stops, you can also walk). Near the house you can find shops, restaurants, bistros, pizzerias, etc. Cleaning is done every 2 days, then the towels are also changed. In the kitchen you can find a coffee machine (coffee pills are provided by the host), a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, etc. When you leave home, you are glad that you visited, when you return in the evening, you also have the same feeling of joy. I recommend this accommodation!Congratulations to the host!

It,'s amazing House!!! You have everything what you need for few days! Very big apartment with a comfortable beds, big salon, sauna and super kitchen. Few minutes to centre by metro. I recommend this house for everyone!!!

Really big space - living room and bedrooms - great for families or group of friends. The beds are comfortable and the toilets are clean. the kitchen is complete and there’s washing machine. There’s mini gym and sauna but we were not able to use the sauna.

Really great central location easily within walking distance of the centre of Milan and the many bars, restaurants, shopping centre, Duomo , supermarket, etc all close by. It's only a few minutes walk from the metro station which can take you anywhere on the city. The apartment itself was very big, spacious , fully equipped and very clean. There were very helpful and fluent in english, would stay here again.

We liked everything. Appartement is few minutes walk to Metro station but you can also walk to city center (you need less than 30 minutes to reach Milan Duomo by foot). Apartment is equipped with everything you need - tablets for dishwasher, capsules for coffee machine, sugar. There was a bottle of water for each of us waiting in the kitchen and packed toothbrush set in bathroom. WiFi was good, We we able to left our luggage in apartment before the check-in time and that was great, as we came in the morning from Bergamo with our luggage. After our stay we even got gift voucher for our next stay in Milano.
