Not necessarily negative but should note that it was ~4 flights of stairs to enter the hotel area (with a very small lift for luggage only) so be sure you can manage this physically if booking.

No air conditioning but that was not the hotels fault there were builders outside working. Tha hitel gave me a fan for my room

All perfect! The room was very clean, well furnished, modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is a must, my fiancee and I walked everywhere from the hotel without any problem. I definitely recommend this place.

Very good room facilities, new designed room and furnitures, bath is also so good and clean everywhere. Location is perfect, you can walk to museums within minutes and also you can sleep very well with silence. We hope to stay again in next Firenze tour.

We would have liked a card key. Instead we were worried about always having a phone charged. And we could never run up to the room separately. Lots of construction on our street.

These are minor complaints, but the room was a little older than presented in the photos - for example our towel heating rack didn't work, and I could hear the people in the next room over.

Excellent location and great price. The hotel is a short walk from the Duomo and near a lot of conveniences like supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. The room was also more spacious than expected. Check-in was simple and the reception, when they were present, were friendly and helpful. There was heavy construction to install a new tram system right outside of the door of the hotel but we heard none of it from our room.

Just one thing to improve; there is no sleepers in the room.

Good location, 15 mins to main attractions by walking. Easy to reach out from tram. Room is comfortable enough and clean with clean sheets. We are happy that the hotel met our expectations.

Only one small lift to the fourth floor. This wasnt really an issue but if it wasnt working then it could be. You also need to download an app to access the room key.

The room was large and had a big clean bathroom.The property was easy to find. Aircon worked well and there was good Wifi. There was a communal area as well.

Nothing to critique for the property but just be aware there are roadworks outside the hotel so lots of noise in the mornings. Might be an issue for late risers but not for us as we wanted to start early so as to see many sights

I could hear things around me but at night in general the whole town went quiet so it was no problem. You just hear when people come to the hotel that's all. The elevator was small, but at least my luggage fit inside and I was able to get to the third floor. What I did not know was that when I wanted to go outside there was a button on the wall like a light switch you had to press to open the gate and go out. I had a few mosquitos who had managed to get inside, it can't always be helped but you could prepare some mosquito repellent just in case.

There was a TV where you could see local shows, channels and commercials. I also had my own personal bathroom and shower in there and it was really clean. I thought there wouldn't be a reception but there was someone helping you out on their working hours. The modern idea of a phone app was really nice, I needed to ask for the instructions for my email a few times but once they did arrive everything was smooth. The free wifi was a nice touch. I got free drinkable water and there was an air conditioner that could heat up the room and you'd get to switch it on and choose the heat for your liking yourself! There was a USB port for your charger and the usual Italian charger port. When you go outside a good landmark is the Catholic church you can find. There are some breakfast places right next to the building.

It is strange to not see any members of staff and yet be classed as a hotel, however all the communication has been very good.
