You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumWe were 4 and looking for the wifi key in the apartment and we never found it. We called the reception and nobody available. Very expensive for what it offers, without breakfast and only 1 room €210 (one night) and the hotel was totally empty, They should lower prices if they have no guests. As it is not high season the area is very boring.

IsraelThe facility is disappointing relative to the pictures, the room exit is towards the street so to enter the pool and public area you need to use keys and walk around the whole facility, the rooms are not well maintained, the restaurant is very poor, the resort is in the middle of a living neighborhood that doesn't look very good and there's nothing anywhere to be found, we had to pay extra for the air conditioning although the description says clearly that the room has air conditioning and there was no mention that it is not included during the booking process (there is a note in the fine print of the order confirmation which I did not notice until after they told me)

BelgiumPoor internet connection. We did not like the food at their joined restaurant and long waiting time for take away ( 45 min). Smoking is allowed at swimming pool. A lot of young people ( 15-17 years) without parents who are extremely noisy/ partying until early morning (5-6am). No age restrictions for checking in. In appartement at ground floor you can hear the chairs moving very noisy. Maybe an advice for the owner is to put some silence protection on the bottom of chair legs. Limited children entertainment compared to 3 years ago.
Location is excellent: beach, restaurants and gaming halls/ streets for children are at walking distance. Swimming pool at the property is clean and warm, with bubble bath. Clean appartement . Stuff was helpful when we raised our problems ( see below).
