There no soap or shower gel provided in the room. I don’t know may be that’s what the room standards for this particular hotel so I didn’t ask. There was no kettle in room. I like drinking hot water in new location.

We had to prepay the whole stay on our check in, which I didn't like. Our usual hotel experience was, we payed at the checkout and they didn't charge extra days in case we checked out earlier than planned/reserved.

The staff vas very nice. The rooms and facilites were ok, but old. It has everything that a 2 star hotel should have. The room and the bedroom were cleaned daily. The location was a good 10min drive from the lake. The breakfast was served and was tasty. There was enough, however it was limited in variation. Considering it was a 2 star hotel, we were satisfied with everything it had to offer.

Would have liked a small fridge to keep drinks cool in the room. Not a lot of places to eat in the area. Kebab and pizzas.

Single beds are a bit small

Great location, around the corner from the 10 minute bus to downtown Como. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Shower water pressure is fantastic. Spotless, very clean. We had a room with a double and 2 single beds so great for families. Delicious cappuccino too!

Bathroom is a little narrow but functional.

Christina's family owns/operates the hotel. She was very informative on what to do, where to go, how to get there. The hotel is about a 10 minute bus ride away from the city harbor. Bus ticket was €2.50. I recommend the Hotel Milano 👍.

The door to the corridor wasn't very soundproof and noise made by other quest in the morning was like wake up call you didn't order.

The hostess is very kind and helpful. The room is basic, clean and with all necessities. A bit far from the center but the bus stop is around the corner. If you travel by car the hotel has a good parking lot.

There weren't duvet covers, just ordinary sheet for the duvet which is not very comfortable. A little bit away from the city center, but it takes 10 min by bus and buses are very often.

Location is a courtyard hotel .. very easy to miss it ,if I hadn't had Google maps it would be awkward to find , dogs barking at 6am woke me ...

Nothing really. Everything was the best you can expect in this category.

Everything was super clean, breakfast was good, they have onsite parking. No restaurant but there is a terrific pizza and burger restaurant round the corner. But the star of the show is the wonderful lady on reception and breakfast duties. Very welcoming, has loads of local knowledge and is very friendly and helpful.

Kristina does a great job serving the breakfast on tables herself, I would however prefer a buffet. It is just easier.

This is a private run hotel and the owner Kristina is an excellent host. She was very helpful and advised us on how to get around Lake Como. The bus stop is a few yards away and you can get a bus for 1.50 Euro to Como. The hotel itself is just a 10 minutes walk from Como Camerlata station. We had a family room, a bit tight for 4 adults but manageable. The room was cleaned in the morning, we stayed for 2 nights.
