We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Would definitely come again and highly recommend. Elisa is managing the hotel and restaurant and her welcoming and open self made this an extra special stay :)

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. The location is in a small typical Italian village in the mountains. Very good breakfast and the Hotel restaurant was very nice too. Plus it was the most affordable when we booked.

GermanyAccording to Booking, the room should actually have two separate beds. This I had also registered in writing again and got a confirmation. Unfortunately, we then got a room with a double bed. The shower in our room was very narrow and in poor condition and should be urgently renovated. The parking was not very easy. The hotel has a small parking lot for 4-5 cars. There are public parking spaces, but they were all occupied in the evening.
We stayed at the hotel for one night on our way to Savona. You can get down to the lake in 10 minutes by car. The hotel was in good condition and clean. At the reception they speak Italian, English and German. Breakfast was a choice of sweet, salty and cereal. The sweet breakfast consisted of a cornetto, a piece of cake, orange juice and a coffee, tea, etc.. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again anytime.

GermanyThis hotel has a great location in a little mountain village which overlooks the lake. From here, you can directly hike in the mountains or in just 15 minutes by car, enjoy the lake restaurants, cafes and shops and take the ferry to other towns or islands. The staff in Hotel Milano is fantastic. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is excellent. They have a very creative cook.

ItalyInternet connection very slow, mattresses with little support to keep the body aligned ( the mattress was so soft to the point that your body would dip down into it throwing your spine out of alignment and causing pain and soreness), no air conditioning and no mosquito nets at the windows in hot room. No table to work in the room. Little choice for breakfast and ungenerous quantity of food.
