The partly underground level apartment was a bit moist at first (at the end of a cool season in Catania) but the situation improved after the heat was on for a couple of days. Probably no problem during warm season.

renovated and perfectly clean, comfortable apartment where you want to return. fully equipped. in the very center. quiet. 2 toilets with bidet, shower, white towels. washer, dryer. hostess is friendly and quickly answers questions. Would stay there next time.

Nothing, really, other than it was a little dark in the kitchen/living room area because the apartment is sort of in the basement.

The apartment was ideally located near restaurants, bars, and Piazza Duomo, so everything was so convenient. It was cleaned well when we arrived, and it had all the amenities that we needed (it even had two bathrooms and a washer/dryer). The hosts generously provided coffee, bread, and biscuits, and Vanessa responded promptly to inquiries and requests. I would absolutely stay at Milly's Home again!

Perhaps a spoon was missing. Some weird smell at the beginning, however not something you can't solve by opening the window. But well, it's first floor and half a basement.

The location is the best in the city. No doubt it's the ideal location, right in the center and also not far from public transportation. Moreover, the apartment is very big and packed with useful amenities and treats, including some nice breakfast. Also, the apartment is very clean. In my opinion it is just one point below extremely clean.

Very little! As it's a basement it was quite cool. With temperatures outside of 18 deg C we almost needed some heating in the flat but were OK. What if it's actually cold in Catania? Also, it would be helpful if there were a bannister to help with getting up to the door to the main street

Great location with easy access to the restaurants around the Castle and an easy route to the Square of the Elephant. Super facilities in the spacious flat with everything we needed for self-catering over Christmas. (Although more was open on the holidays than we expected.). Layout is not too clear from the pictures but the lounge converts to a totally separate bedroom. There are two separate toilets. The larger bathroom also has the shower and lockable doors in both directions. Good size modern TVs with excellent picture quality and Netflix etc. You can park in the yard at the back (see Google Earth view) for a little extra and it's definitely worth it for the peace of mind

Very nice apartment close to the main part of the city. Big apartment with a functional kitchen and 2 toilets. Neat, clean and very well organised apartment. It was air conditioned which made the stay comfortable. The host was friendly and it was easy to get the keys and return.

The appartment has excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Duomo, 2 minutes to Castello Ursino. It is very well equipped, very clean, new and comfortable. It was perfect for two weeks we spent in Catania.

There is no cleaning service, as an FYI - it was ok for us, but in case there are people who expect this every day, it didn't happen.

The apartment was very well located, at walking distance from the city centre (3 mins away from the famous fish market). It's a great place if you have a longer stay (big rooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious and nicely decorated). Even if it was super hot outside, we didn't have any issues sleeping as the AC was working great, keeping the whole apartment cool.

€40 charge for late check out is a little high (€30 would have been more reasonable) but it was convenient having that option as I had a late flight.

Great air conditioning, superb location, everything needed for short or long stay, host was a Siam key to deal with any issues throughout the stay. Washing machine and dryer.

A little noisy when bar/restaurant next door we're hosting an event. A bit tricky to get to by car as some very narrow lanes, and one way systems. Also some parts of neighborhood had drunk men and felt a bit unsafe at times, but house itself was lovely.

Everything was super clean and lots of small extras like bottled water, coffee, nice tea. In a very central location in Catania, which made it convenient. The car parking was in a private secured entrance which was great. AC worked well and was very much needed. Lots of space for the four of us, had a great time. Communication with host was super, and very helpful in accommodating our needs. Thanks for a great stay.

The area might seem a bit gritty at first, but lovely castle nearby and the city super close. Matras a bit hard.

All great, parking space, close to the city and some nice alternative bars/resto like arnaut and putia ostello. Great appartement, super new and clean, great shower and airconditioning works
