Carolina was so friendly and welcomed us warmly. We especially appreciated her dropping bakery gifts at our door for a delicious breakfast. The apartment is lovely and the view from the balcony terrace is stunning

Carolina was very helpful and showed us to our room. Room is very spacious and clean. We had a balcony and wish we had been there in the warmer weather to enjoy it. The view is amazing overlooking Cassino. Perfect place to visit and have a quiet stay. Room has everything provided and having a large bottle of water and some snacks were a bonus.

If you have no car, it is a 20 minute walk downhill to town, which we did not mind as the road is quiet. We ate in. All utensils are there, but do check you have a working lighter for the gas oven hobs. The owners rapidly resolved this for us. Never did work out how Netflix or satellite channels operated on the TV.

Set up on the hill below Monte Cassino and overlooking the town, this is a wonderful and spacious apartment, where you can relax after a days sightseeing and simply enjoy the amazing view. Really appreciate being picked up at the station too for a small cost. Furnishings are a little bit tired but everything is very clean and quiet.

Incredibly beautiful hotel and location. Everything was perfect, comfortable bed, great shower, good secure parking, and good wifi. The location is on a hill overlooking Cassino, it’s stunning, but a bit of a walk to town and back, we were ok with this, but if you have a vehicle, it’s perfect. We walked once and took our motorcycle after.

Stunning views across the mountain , this little gem of an apartment made our stay in cassino even more memorable. Light and airy and a good amount of space , with the most amazing hosts Carolina and Nicola . There hospitality was beyond anything we could have expected and they could not do enough for us . We will be returning to Cassino because of them

The property is up a hill with only road, so it is tricky if you were wanting to walk up and down into town regularly, but it is only about a ten minute walk so not too bad!

Our host picked us up form the train station and brought us back to the property. The view was spectacular! We didn't expect our room to have a terrace, but it had one that looked over the whole town and the hills. It was stunning, definitely good value for money. The room itself had everything we needed, and was a good size. Plus the bathroom had plenty of mini toiletries.

Everything was perfect. 🙂 Nicola wrote me before my arrival and picked up me on railway station. He showed and explained me everything. Perfect wi-fi connection. Nice big room and bed, nice perfect clean bathroom with towels and shampoon and soap etc. The rustical good equiped kitchen with living room and awesome view on city and mountains. Nice terrace with the sitting and the same panoramatic view. Location is really good to trip on Montecassino (I recommand go to very early morning) or to the city (I recommand visit Archeological museum and Museum of contemporative arts). I enjoyed it.

A complimentary breakfast was included for the first day which was nice. Also, coffee/tea plus bottled water and milk in the fridge - very thoughtful. Well proportioned and fully equipped apartment. Everything I needed was there and just worked. Very relaxing place to be.

We loved it all

From the moment I started communicating with Nichola everything was a pleasure. Carolina could not do enough and drive us everywhere, anytime. The apartment we had was like a villa, perched high on the green mountains overlooking the hills and town. All amenities, plenty little gestures like a bread and jam basket, fresh milk and water in the fridge. I can highly recommend a stay here.

Great place, with all you need for your stay. Perfect position to start hiking to Mt. Cassino as well be a side from town business. Amazing birds concerts every morning and evening, nice view.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and excellently equipped with absolutely everything that we needed. The view from our terrace across Cassino was amazing. Carolina’s hospitality was 10/10 and as we did not have a car, Carolina kindly collected us from the railway station and took us to the supermarket for shopping, as well as returning us to the railway station at the end of our stay.
