No soap in the room. We arrived late and were too tired to go back to reception to ask for some. There was however a toilet roll and that made things comfortable.

The room was clean. No air-conditioning. No wifi in the room. However, these shortfalls were reflected in the price. We arrived too late to ask for soap in the room. There was a family of wild boars outside the room in the car park.

The price/value is from a different galaxy. 120€ for a room which has been renovated the last time in the 19th century is a no go. The breakfast for this price is also a complete misunderstanding...

They gave as a fan but we had to take it and get it back from the reception to the room that was far away. The room and the pool wasn't really clean.

First of all I was a bit scared when I red comments about this place. But price was more important for us then 2 more stars so we booked this hotel. The fact is that the hotel is old, very very old so the same is also room and facility. I booked room with 1 bed (2 separate beds on the pic). We got normal king size bed, close to pool. The toom was quiet big, there was a small fridge. Ok, the bathroom is what it is, the shower should rimember Garibaldi times but for one night stay is OK. There was not OC but our room was cold ebough and not wifi. Breakfast was only sweet, yogurt, croissant, marmelada, ect. Property has pool, nice area with many trees and is in the heart of Capo di Testa. Staff is very nice. Parking right in front of the room Might be other rooms are not ok but for me, excelent value for money.

Well it is in the nature, so be prepared (perhaps some insects). I dont mind. We didnt turn the light on in the night, so the mosquitos were not attrracted. I think they desinsected the place. We had centipede once 😀. There is no aircon and no soap, but we bought one.

We stayed in little house with one room, bathrooms and porch with view to the forest. The room is old, and it can be smelled however it was clean. We only spend nights there and the price is very good for that location. It is close to the beach, parking is free and its surrounded with pure nature. People were lovely and breakfast was nice Italian (croisants, wee bagettes, musli, yogurt, coffee, juice). There is stunning view to the sea bay from restaurant on the 1st floor.

There is no wifi in the room/ at the reception. The dublebed was 2 single beds joined together and going appart everytime someone sits on the bed. The shower has no showerhead and no mark for hot or cold. It also has no rule when its on or off. You turn the nob for a while and maybe you can turn it off. The Drainage is not working properly so there can be a flood in the bathroom. The furniture is old and the doornob broke. The dinner costs 20€ p.P.. There is no reduction for small kids.

The staff is super helpfull and super friendly. There is an electric bus to St.Teresa di Galura The nearest beach is beautiful. The hotelgrounds and the view from the balcony and the Restaurant is great. Also the capo testa peninsula is beautiful. There are 2 pools with good shade and sun places arround them.

They offer Breakfast..but, you have to be happy with some crackers and milk. Coffee machines were not working.. lack of food... very poor Breakfast. Wifi doesn't exist. Very old rooms.

Very neglected and ruined property. Sewerage stink. Extremely low water pressure in the shower. Doors to balcony not working properly. Horrible mattresses. Slow and non-consistent check-in IT system. Avoid if there is any other options you have!

The only bright point at the facility is the staff, and semi-decent breakfast. Everything else sucked big time!

Some days were better than others, but the fact is that the rooms were not designed to keep cold in efficiently. Going without a fan is a bad idea as there is no aircon or fans provided.

The place was close to many extremely pleasant coves in which to dive in and swim around with clear water. The pool and especially the staff there were absolutely lovely to be around, with everyone being welcoming and helpful. And the dinner that they serve at night was exceptional.

It doesn't have wifi. It doesn't have AC, but in the evenings it wasn't a problem, because it was cool enough in our room. The room was clean but the furnirure was old. Beds are not so comfy.

We absolutely love the location and staff. Staff is really friendly and helpful. A lot of parking space. From the hotel you can visit all the beaches on foot. All together is best value for money.

Such a nice location but it was build in the 80th and have never been renovated. It was super loud and poorly soundproofed. There is no air con and no Wi-Fi.

Where to starts; booking confirmed wifi but the property we were given had now wifi. No ac or fan, had to rent one out of them for 20 £ which they would return after we brought it back. Only 1 fan available for the whole location according to the reception, meaning 1 fan for 50+ rooms. Was asked to pay for city tax which is fine, was forced to pay cash as the receptionist was trying her best not to take cars allthoguht they are legally obligated. The room was a bit dirty, with mould in the bathroom tails. The bathroom had no shampoo or bodywash offered by the hotel. Also no kettle or any coffee or tea.

I liked the breakfast it only had crossaints and bread with various jams. The staff was also welcoming.
