absolutely no noise insulation, we could hear the kids playing in the next room, as well as noises from other floors. the worst thing however was the "shrine" the owner dedicated to current Italian prime minister giorgia meloni, in the lobby of the hotel. total nonsense, never seen a display of political views in an hotel before

The room shown on the website was obviously recently renovated. Our room (501), particularly the bathroom, had not been recently renovated. It was OK but showed its age and having a shower in the bath was a disappointment. Both the free water in the fridge and the shower gel in the bathroom were not replaced daily. Other than the room, there were no facilities to relax. The bar was closed, and a room to sit and read/play games on the very rainy day, was rather sterile. We had to ask to have the lights and heating turned on. Tea and coffee were provided on request but not volunteered.

An old fashioned hotel, partially renovated. Location was perfect, close to the promenade and the shopping streets.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on site. Street is slammed with cars always! Must pay meter 24 / 7. Elevator was tiny.

The breakfast and had a beautiful sea view. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Right across street ferry to Portifino. Great location across from ocean and shopping.

The beds were uncomfortable for both my husband and I. We are not use to two twin beds pushed together.

The location was wonderful, local to many places. It had a nice breakfast that is included daily. It’s view is perfect, faced the beach. We walked to close by restaurants and nice shopping right outside our hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary so it was nice to come back from dinner to a bottle of champagne on ice and 2 wine glasses. Very much appreciated 🥰. Grazie Mille!

The location of the hotel, is fantastic, it's so near to the railway staion, and it's in the city center, with a great sea view, the staff are so polite and kind and helpful, the breakfast was so fresh and there was a plenty of sweet and sour choices, and fresh friuts

We travelled by car and finding a park when we arrived was extremely difficult. The staff did not provide much assistance with this, despite there being a large public car park just down the road, which we had to find on our own.

Location was great, right on the water side esplanade, near lots of shops and restaurants. The room was fairly basis but very comfortable. The hotel had one of the old fashioned lifts with the manually operated gates, which we loved. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options.

The hotel is in the center of the city, the sea is right in front and all around there are terraces with delicious food. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is varied and tasty and the coffee....wonderful!! Thanks to the lady at the bar!

The bedroom was not very clean, when we walked on the floor with bear feet and then had a shower, the shower tray was dirty from our feet. When we closed the shutters on the balcony door you could see all the children’s sticky hand and finger prints on the patio door. We left the shutters closed so the cleaner could see the problem, but if she did see it she didn’t clean the patio doors. The bedroom floor and balcony did not appear to be swept or mopped.

Great location overlooking the beach and sea. Easy walking distance from the train station and into the main town where the restaurants are, also restaurants along the front. The ferry service runs from just across the road from the hotel. The room was average size with a big bed which was comfortable and comfortable pillows. Good air conditioning unit. Bathroom was cosy. Breakfast was traditional Italian buffet. Usual food that was good.

Excellent location for seeing the sites by the tourist boats. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Easy to get to the local restaurants and the railway station.
