It is a cozy family hotel. The staff is very friendly; eventhough they are more skilled in Italian or German, they tried really hard to communicate with us in English. The view from the terrace is otherwordly, it was pure joy just to sit there and admire the scenery, occasionally with a very decently priced cocktail in hand. We were delighted by the food; the variety of breakfast options, the quality of the food itself, a different creative menu for dinner every day. Best tiramisu I ever had.

Only thing that could be improved is aircon in the rooms. The temperature drops at night to make it cooler, but they can get stuffy.

Thank you for a superb stay. The whole place exceeded our expectations. The views are outstanding, so is the service and recommendations the staff provide, and finally how clean everywhere is. Plenty of walks and swim spots close to the hotel.

We had a junior suite for 4 people. It is rather small and children separated by only a half-glass wall with no doors, so if they go to bed earlier, the parents disturb the kids.

Excellent food including GLUTEN FREE options for all meals. Great job. Nice staff, comfortable beds, clean.

-rooms could use a tad more sound proofing -the pool is very pretty, great for lounging in the thermal water, but not for swimming. This is no big deal though.

-Beautiful common terrace with great view to enjoy a coffee or Spritz -clean, pretty rooms with big balconies & great view lovely breakfast & dinner -playground and boules ground that also serves as football pitch, room with billard, table football and ping pong

Quality and variety of breakfast (espcially the bread, cheese and vegetables) could be way better. Poorly soundproofed rooms. Older restaurant/reception etc. Yelling dogs in the neighbourhood: automatical alarm clock in the morning ;)

The room was quite new, spacy and comfortable. The balcony was nice to enjoy the view. The hotel was really clean. The service war friendly. Free parking. Good value for money. We can recommend the hotel.

Really cant find anything to complain. Its all there to have a great breakaway weekend or a week off. Just it probably would be helpful to have an advice on directions on the route which is suggested by navigation. Coming from downhill, machine is guiding into probably the shortest, but virtually unpassable direction.

Excellent location in Dolomites. Either for just sightseeing, or trekking/hiking/bicycle. Service/Owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food in both: breakfast and dinner, is of the highest standards. Internet working excellent (9 of 10).

everything was perfect. this hotel and the location exceeded our expectations. the food, the room, the location, the staff were wonderful. I just want to thank to the owners and encourage to continue to be the best. there is not infrastructure close to the hotel, but in our case it was an advantage rather than disadvantage. no noise, no crowds… the view from the room was fantastic. we didn’t want to leave!
