The directions to the hotel on the Booking.com web page need revising. By following the directions, we ended up in a dead-end, on a vacant block of land.

They advertised car parking. None was available on site. WiFi was weak or non-existent in our room, depending where you were. Clearly the routers don't cover the entire complex. If you larger than an Oompa Lumpa, good luck getting in or out of the shower.

Location and cleanliness was spot on. Friendly staff also. Positives definitely exceeded the negatives...

More variety for breakfast would have been nice, and possibly a restaurant in the hotel would be good too.

The rooms where both fine. Breakfast was good but not great. Variety of items was very much. Beach is close but the one that belongs to the actual hotel is a bit to far away from hotel. Beach in front of hotel is public, and not the clearest water, but it is still very nice.

We were given a room right next to the staircase and elevator- it was very loud very early in the morning.

Location was excellent. Just needed to cross the street to get to the beach and also a short walk to the historic centre. Rooms were clean. Breajfast was very good

The room had AC but the small machine couldn't handle it. The room was hot. The bathroom had no AC at all.

The location was perfect! The staff was great and almost all spoke great English. Parking was convenient under the hotel.

Took ages to check in as the receptionist had gone off to help some motorist to park and so reception desk was empty. Breakfast is very limited and is a hybrid mixture. Some of it is self service, some of it you have to ask the staff to get for you. A very strange arrangement and quite off putting. I'm guessing maybe this is due to Covid but not a very pleasant experience.

We have stayed here before and so know what to expect. A very clean hotel with not much facilities, probably due to the fact there are so many restaurants/bars around within walking distance. Right across from the very excllent beach. It's a good stopover. Staff are friendly but short staffed. The receptionist also being the barman/car parking attendant.

Perfect Location. You are in the middle of everything while living in hotel Mistral: old town, a plenty of restaurants, nice promenades and finally on the majestic sea. If you live on the upper floors you feel the comfort of a newly restored rooms with a huge balconies and spacious bathrooms. The staff is very professional and helpfull.

Breakfast. Breakfast was limited and some of it handed out by staff and some of it Buffet - made for a very confusing first visit. Also we were told that Breakfast was until 10.00am. We arrived at 9.30am and were halfway through breakfast when a member of staff came to the table to tell us that the room was closing. We felt very uncomfortable finishing our breakfast in a hurry.

Room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the Hotel. Reception staff very helpful and cheerful. Great location right across from the beach and a short walk into town. No private parking but plenty of spaces on opposite side of the street.

There was nothing our family did not enjoy while staying here.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. It is close to the beach and everything Temoli has to offer. The room was very clean and modern with an exceptional bathroom. The beach is right across from the Hotel and the front desk staff was always very helpful from suggesting local restaurants to making reservations. This Hotel is easily one of the best in the area. Thanks again for the wonderful stay. We will be back.

Beautiful location and so close to the city center and the port. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff especially Filomena and Marilena were outstanding! Definitely coming back here

This hotel and their staff is absolutely marvelous. We enjoyed every minute. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and off course the service is great. The hotel could not be in a better location. The beach and the town are just steps away. We will return for sure. Thank you everyone for making our stay so special.
