Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home. Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.

The only downside to the property is that there is no lift access but the property is on the first floor and there isn’t too much stairs to get to it. Also, there is a few restaurants in the alley where the property is situated so it can get quite noisy with the loud sounds and the glass bins situated right next door, especially in the afternoon. However the noise stops at around midnight so we were still able to get a good night sleep. This is not something that is wrong with the property or the host but it is information useful to know.

Very central location and easy access to restaurants, bars and shops. Free parking area is about 5 minutes away so that was a bonus. The property is quite spacious, more than expected. Everything was clean and it was equipped with everything one may need. Helena was a great host!

We were there for New Year's Eve and the celebrations were being held in the piazza opposite our apartment, so obviously, we were expecting some noise. However, the noise was unbearable! We couldn't sleep all night. Windows need double glazing ASAP as everything can be heard - garbage truck, people walking and talking, sounds from neighbouring restaurants, street works etc. Also the walls are super thin, we could hear everything from our neighbours. Also, it is not ideal for 3 couples as 2 single foldable beds are allocated in the kitchen/ living area next to the balcony adjacent to the main road, therefore it is even more difficult to get some sleep.

There was mocca pot type device for making coffee, but no kettle for boiling water for tea or infusions.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located, in a quiet alleyway just off one of the main streets. Friendly helpful contact person. The building has obviously been recently modernised and converted.

Nothing to complain about. Our stay here was comfortable.

The property is in a prime location to explore Modica. It is on a very small street. The road entrance is hidden behind a restaurant with recycling bins. The stairs leading to the apartment are made of marble, opulent and very clean. The apartment looked new, although we were told that it is about 5 years old. This is a good indication that the apartment is well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were given a big bottle of water. The bathroom is beautiful and clean also with more than enough shampoo for the three of us. The host was very helpful, kind and professional. I would come back here again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and huge amount of balcony space. Tucked away down a narrow street the noise wasn't too bad for a cental location. Close to restaurants and situated in the old town. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Great location, right at beginning of the city., and few steps from restaurants, bars, etc.. Beautiful, clean apartment in a beautiful building, with all the amenities you need and with balconies with views to the piazza. Great and friendly host, Floriana, was very professional, made us feel welcomed, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to see the city and it surroundings.

WE had a perfect stay in this place. The owner ist so charming and helpful, she Made even sure WE try the best sweets in town- thanks again! The breakfast in the nearby latteria was the best during our whole stay in sicily, WE will miss it!
