The door to the room are like paper everything could be heard through the door. We had the feeling that we didn't have a private one. Some other tourist came to their room after us and I woke up and I think that they go to our room. But this was only negative think.

The location is terrific, only a few minutes walk to Rome Termini, and other eateries. Yet, it is quiet. Facilities are mostly comfortable. It would be more ideal if more spare pillows were provided.

The bed is on the too soft side. The neighborhood is slightly far away from the main attractions and a bit sketchy.

The building is very close to the train station and other public transport options. The room was clean and tidy. Even though I didn't need it, every day the room was cleaned. It offers all the basics and is spacious enough. The communication and timing with the host was smooth.

Great location next to train station, T.A.M bus station and metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice modern apartment, well equipped and spacious. The room looks exactly like the photos. Very friendly staff. The host responded immediately to messages.

Very friendly staff. Host responded promptly to messages. The room was cozy, nice natural light through the window. Had a kettle, tea, wine glasses, wine opener, fridge, and a very nice TV. Less than a 5 min walk to Roma Termini, which makes it super easy to get to and from the airport via the Leonardo Express train.

We had an amazing stay. Georgio was very helpful. The room is very clean and match the photos. The location is perfect. We did almost everything by walking and if not, the station where all the buses, metro, train, and airport shuttle were near us. We would definetely come again.

the apartment was just like the photos couldn’t fault it. it had everything we needed for our stay and is literally a 2 second walk into the food court at the train station. reading reviews about how unsafe the area is, we walked around this area at 11pm and it’s well light and no issues.

The only thing that we didn’t like was not really a major issue. Check in was a little bit confusing. We arrived at the address and weren’t really sure what to do since the rooms are located within a condominium-type building. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to meet with someone or find a lockbox with a code. We found the name of the property on a list outside the building, along with the unit it was located in. We went into the building thinking we should knock on the door, but no one was there. Unfortunately, we didn’t have great service so we couldn’t really contact the property via Booking or WhatsApp. Luckily when we went back outside, someone came up to us and asking if we were staying at the property and confirmed that they would be showing us to our room. Once we were able to get into our room, everything was perfect!

The location of the property was perfect for us. We were right next to the train station, but also fairly close to the monuments and tourist sites that we wanted to see. We ended up being able to walk everywhere from the property. The room was very clean with modern amenities. We were very comfortable throughout our stay.

The AC wasn't great, it was very hot when we were there and we struggled a bit to sleep as the room was always warm.

Air con is very loud but it was very warm so too hot to switch off. Floor was a little dirty but nothing major. Apartment is on the fifth floor and is an old style lift so when people leave the doors open and it doesnt work it is a long walk up to the apartment.

Great host, very communicative and friendly. Great location, close to all transport and only a 20-25 min walk to the main sites. Smart tv is great to watch Netflix etc. Waterfall shower was amazing!

it does take about 20/25 minute walk into the main bit but regardless it is still a nice walk and we hired scooters which was fun
