Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Beautiful and Peaceful - peace for the Soul: My husband and I were looking for a quaint property in the countryside - it was our last night in Italy after a wonderful two-week holiday exploring the Amalfi Coast. We stumbled across Molino'7Cento Charme & Resort. From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly staff. Francesca took time to demonstrate how the old water mill works which we found extremely fascinating. The next morning, we were met with what can only be described as the best breakfast Feast we have ever enjoyed prepared by Paulo. Savoring homemade yoghurts and muesli. Freshly backed pasties. Crispy bacon - eggs - all sorts of cold meats and cheeses and other savoury delights - fresh juice - fresh fruit and tasty cappuccinos. Nothing was too much or too little for these amazing staff members. After breakfast Guilia took the time to walk through the beautifully manicured gardens with us showing us the vegetable gardens and vineyards. She was so friendly and accommodating she also had so much knowledge about the history of property and the little town called Cori. When travelling it's not how big or grand the property is for us it's the staff and the friendliness of the staff members. Just taking a few minutes to talk to their guests and making them feel welcome. When we left the next day Paulo and Guilia packed a delicious savoury snack for us to take with us when they learnt that we would be spending a few hours at the airport how thoughtful. Their kindness will stay with us for many years to come.

This is a beautiful beautiful resort set in wonderful lush gardens and perfectly mowed lawns. There is a beautiful pool and restaurant and a store to buy wine and locally made produce. The staff were exceptional, friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble. An oasis in a very busy tourist season.

IsraelThis is sort of a resort made from a 7 century mill. The place is completely in the country side between vineyards. Perfect for disconnection and relaxation. The place is very esthetic, clean and tidy but in addition it is like a small botanical garden since one of the managers is a gardener and take cares of the flowers and grass personally. It has a big restaurant, more like an event place. It has a swimming pool, shop of their products. They said they make all of the food by themselves and they have their own food garden. The dinner was great. There is a cozy space for breakfast and the breakfast is fabulous. To complete your vacation to a perfect one, you can visit the Ninfa gardens that are 10 min drive from there. Me and my wife were so surprised to discover an amazing place, staff, food and lastly the story of the place which is also interesting.

United StatesWe stayed at this property mid October. I booked it as a quick stop off before we headed to the airport. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. It is a truly beautiful spot. The new hotel rooms are situated above a renovated mill. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. The property is surrounded by flower gardens, olive groves and vineyards with a great view of the hill town of Cori. The staff are very hospitable - so helpful and kind. Julia helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. She also organized a complimentary wine tasting at their beautiful new winery. Bianca did an excellent job explaining the winery’s philosophy and providing some delicious snacks and spreads to enjoy with the outstanding estate grown Merlot and a couple of interesting white wines. It was late in the season so we were the only couple staying at the property and they kept the restaurant open for us. The chef uses local and estate grown ingredients from their farm. Both of our meals were delicious. On our second night they decorated our table with flowers and rose petals and poured us two glasses of champagne which was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed a bottle of their estate grown Merlot with dinner. We had to head out early to the airport and Bianca showed up at 5:30 a.m to make us coffee and provide us with a breakfast box for the ride to the airport! This was a wonderful way to finish up our visit to Italy at such a welcoming, beautiful and relaxing property.

GermanyA very charming and calm resort close to Rom located in the middle of wine and olive groves. The team was great and made me feel very welcome although I was the only guest at the time. They even kept the restaurant open for me. The food was extremely good. I will definitely want to come back.

NetherlandsWe had ants in our room, and we didn't necessarily like the food in the restaurant (at night), it looked better than it tasted. Initially we didn't like the sweet breakfast (we don't like sweets in general). The first morning they served us (probably a very typical Italian breakfast), all sweets. We requested a savory breakfast, and from the next day on it was perfect. I wish they had a spa, or spa facilities, such as massages.
Brand new hotel, in a very old building (grain mill). The room was spacious, modern and clean. Very friendly staff. They helped us with everything, even arranged a covid test for me for our way back. It was very quiet, but that was probably due to covid and it being a very new hotel. We had the swimming pool multiple times to ourselves. For our relaxing vacation, this was perfect.

United StatesRarely can you say that something is perfect; however that is precisely how I would describe our time at Molino7 Cento. The grounds are breathtaking and so inviting. The rooms are pristine and relaxing. The General Manager goes out of her way to ensure all your needs are met and then some. She arranged a tour of Cori for us, and it was delightful. We also had a magnificent cooking class that was perfect. The pool was not only stunning; it was the ideal place to relax and unwind. We loved that all meals were included; it was so lovely to be pampered with delicious meals. And the winery was spectacular the merlot was the best I’ve ever had. If you pass this magnificent stay up, I promise you that you will regret it!! It was a magical stay and one that we won’t ever forget.

United KingdomMinor things, such as dead batteries in air conditioning remote; no toothbrush holder, coffee was a bit cold at breakfast. No big complaints, just a small few bits.
Good facilitates which were well maintained. Friendly staff. Lovely setting in the countryside. Background music playing in the various outdoor areas such as the pool and breakfast area.

United StatesMusty smell in the building, there was some issue with regards to a musty smell in the building, once the AC in the room was turned on this dissipated but I think the issue may have steemed from the fact that the property is an old water mill and the area hadn't had significant rain in months. I think it meant that because of this there may have been some standing water that would normally get washed away, this created a kind of musty smell in the main building... Also the shower was a hand held over the tub would prefer an actual shower...
Breakfast was adequate, location was handy for us, dinner was great but because the hotel was very empty (one other couple) I think the service was a little short...
