The location is prime, the staff are wonderful, and the lake views and the pool are exceptional. Parking was also a big plus.

The view was stunning! Sirmione is very charming! The hotel is in a very good location to explore it! Room was clean , bed confortable, breakfast pretty good, you have 2 choices, the restaurant: big and bright with beautiful view or the terrace. Pool was big . Julya the owner was very informative about things to see and called a taxi for me when I was leaving

It was all wonderful. The mattress on the bed was a little too hard for me but that is a personal taste. We all loved the hotel and would definitely return.

Very warm and friendly. Because of a delayed flight, the hotel staff had to stay open until 1am to check us in for which we are very grateful. They are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a sanctuary in the centre of Sirmione. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely swimming pool.

The hotel is quaint and perfect and set in the best part of Simione surrounded by olive trees and views over the lake - so peaceful and relaxing yet moments away from the bustle of the town. Family owned and run and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool and pool bar were just right to unwind by. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and can be taken to any of the secluded tables in the grounds. A refurbishment is being undertaken this winter as well. Thank you for our stay it was gorgeous :-)

Location. Taxis would not pick us up (too far away) at our accommodation despite several attempts by Italian speaking people who tried to help. Noisy road below and constant dogs barking.

to be honest there isn't anything bad i could write. if you wanted to improve things in the room then aybe lower shelving for clothes, a kettle to make tea (but then the host was more than happy to make us one), and maybe more sockets to charge our devices but again they would be enhancements on this spectacular little hotel.

The hotel, couldn't do enough for you, the breakfast was spot on, staff around the hotel, when wanting drinks and more tea for breakfast all were friendly. the location is excellent, on the tip of Sirmione in a quiet part only 5mins back towards shops and restaurants. Our room over looking the lake was just right. cupboards in room were slightly high especially for my wife to reach and see but that's just being picky.

I'm really nit-picking here as it was so lovely! The hotel itself is a little dated in decor so this may not be to everyone's tastes. Also a full length or larger mirror in the bedroom would be good as well as the small one in the bathroom.

Sirmione was beautiful, as was our stay at Mon Repos. We were welcomed by Julia (I believe) when we arrived and spent the rest of our first day by the hotel pool, which is lovely and has plenty of sun loungers set in beautiful gardens, as well as a pool bar that serves drinks and snacks. We'd been upgraded to a lake view room which had stunning views across lake Garda, though the gardens were so pretty we wouldn't have been disappointed if we'd stayed in one of those! We had dinner at the hotel during our stay, and the food was by far some of the best we had on our holiday. Breakfast was also great, and I liked the option to have meals on the garden terrace outside. The staff were attentive and always seemed to be in a good mood, and Julia gave us excellent recommendations and advice on what to do with our time. To top it off, on departure we got some of the hotel's coffee as a gift, which was a lovely gesture. Would happily stay again and recommend!

Getting to & from the hotel was challenging. Taxi's from the hotel or from Sirmione is incredibly tough. It took us over an hour and 20 minutes to get from the hotel to Desanzo Train Station when it should've taken 25 mins. Taxi's/Cars are only allowed into the old town during certain times so look into that before going. Don't recommend relying on public transport.

Lots to like about this hotel. Pool area is really nice with a very helpful bartender/gardener. Location is great once you get to the hotel - close to the old town, its quiet, near Jamaica Beach and the Grotte di Catullo. Finally, the host has two lovely dogs. Rooms are nice and we had a lovely balcony with a lake view.

The hotel has excellent facilities as well as the staff however it was a little jaded and whilst this added to the charm if the Hotel was upgraded it would be a diamond at the heart of Sirmione.

Lovely location out the way of the throng of Sirmione. The pool and attendant were excellent. The lunches and evening meals were also very good.

The only negative aspect was the size of the room which was perfectly adequate but on the small side.

The hotel was in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the town but very quiet and peaceful with lovely views over the lake. The owner was charming, always smiling and very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and the restaurant served an excellent meal in the evening.There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the bar service there was very good.

The coffee in the morning was not typicall italian, but that is something which also okay. I got better coffee in the midday served by the barkepper near the pool. So this erased the coffee in the morning.

Absolut recommendation when traveling with your Dog. We visited this Hotel one week and it was awesome for the dog and for us. The dog was allowed to run without leash on the whole Hotel yard which was satisfing for us. Our dog could also stay close the pool so we didnt had the problem of leavin her hours in the room. Guilia is a really nice Host and is caring about every wish you are having. They also they a nice baarkeeper which tells you nice stories and cares a lot about you as a guest.

Pretty much everything was perfect - location, value, staff, pool, dinner, view, parking, air-conditioning, wifi. We also stayed at Cortine Palace and Olivi Spa, so we really can compare.
