A lovely place with stunning views from the swimming pool area. A fast and smooth communication, a very friendly host. Francesco was very helpful and provided detailed information about the local places and restaurants. A peaceful and relaxing area, only a short drive to Monopoli town and easy access to Alberobello, Locoronto and other cities. We had a room (large studio) for couple of nights during our week holiday with a patio and seating area, if you wish to have a breath taking views, we recommend to book room in the main villa (top floor with balcony).

Outdoor breakfast. Some mornings very cold. But I live in a warmer climate so this might not be a problem for some. Or not at all in warmer months.

The setting and view of Monopoli and the sea were exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I think this was a great value especially if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing rural setting. The breakfasts were good but for the time of year(early April), it was a little chilly as service was outdoors. Because of the pool and beautiful grounds, this facility would be best in warmer months. Francesco was a wonderful host, lived on sight and was very helpful as we got settled.

Maybe the temperature of the pool could be a little warmer, but was good as a 'wake-up swim'. :)

Great extra possibilities, such as the BBQ, the big outdoor space... Was really nice to meet the host and other guests during an organized typical Pugliese dinner.

Our stay at this Italian home in Monopoli, hosted by Francesco, evoked a sense of coming home, despite the unmistakably Mediterranean surroundings. The garden with ancient olive trees and the Adriatic sea views created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Francesco's hospitality and local insights added a special, personal touch to our experience. Surprisingly, even in November, we enjoyed warm days and the chance to swim in the sea, making the coastal beauty just as inviting as in summer. The nearby beaches and charming trulli villages were within easy reach by car, making it an ideal base for exploration. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and culture, leaving us eagerly anticipating our next visit. Grazie mille!

Literally Nothing! Everything for us was perfect!

We were made extremely welcome by Francesco the owner. We felt like we were visiting a friend who was on hand for any advice and things we needed but wasn’t intrusive when trying to relax by the pool etc. Francesco works extremely hard to ensure that his guests are happy and have everything they need, he maintains very high standards at his beautiful property. The breakfast is something that very few self catering options offer, it’s a great extra bonus which consisted of great quality coffee, a choice of tasty fruit juice, yoghurt and local pastries and small pugliese bread with home grown tomatoes (with a view to die for). We have left making a new friend/friends (including Blanco the dog and Mila the cat) and can’t wait to book to visit again soon!! Grazie Francesco, Speriamo di rivedervi presto

A wonderful huge garden with a beautiful view of the coast. Proper care is evident at first glance. Very empathetic owner who was able to advise on everything. He is very educated person who knows several world languages. So very easy communication, which is sometimes a problem in southern Italy. The room is modernly furnished, the equipment is new and functional. Very quiet place ideal for couples. And the best at last. There is also a very nice and friendly dog ​​Blanco at home. We would love to come back here in the future.

I think our stay was great overall, without any real negatives. There is only a little room for improvement: I think the breakfast could be better. A few (fresh) items are offered - but these were the same daily. I can imagine that for some people the breakfast offered is not enough to start the day. We used the breakfast several times, but also went to the local bakery for some nice fresh Focaccia or panini.

Lovely location, Francesco is an amazing host and our stay was excellent and relaxed. The location is nice and quiet and 15 minutes from Monopoli central and a short drive to a lot of top locations. There are several restaurants within 5 minute a drive and there's a lovely bakery within walking distance (closed on Sunday). You will need a car if you stay here and intend to see the area. Our apartment was very big and clean and we highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxed stay with attractions at short driving distances. We recommend going to Bari, Monopoli, Polignano a mare and Locorotondo from here. (Ostuni and Alberobello were very busy with large tourist buses). I loved that there were some animals on the terrain (Mila the cat and Blanco the dog) that would sometimes come by for some cuddles. Of course, only if you want that :)

Francesco the host is one of the best hosts I’ve had. And it’s been many. Very kind, welcoming and communication before arrival was great. He recommended many places to visit in the area and also some good restaurants. I’d definitely repeat. Apartments and pool are also great!
