Absolutely nothing!

Absolutely one of the best stays we have had on our 5 month travel journey. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and even some extras. The host was so kind and welcoming and made our stay even better. He was incredibly responsive and helpful and had great recommendations for the area. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we really cannot recommend this stay enough! It is such a gem and gives a really authentic Bellagio experience.

Good location for walking into Bellagio. Apartment was lovely, very clean and everything you needed for your stay was provided. The owners were very welcoming and informative, nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely the best and nicest hosts I have ever met. Happy to pick me up from the town and took measures to ensure I felt safe returning to the property each night. Property was amazing, spacious and lacking of absolutely nothing.

Have only 2 nights time to stay

Hosts Vittorio and Diana hospitality was something special, grazie mille. Apartment was spacious, clean, quiet with great air con. There was all equipment you might need. Parking was inside the gate in safe court yard. Beautiful garden with great views was amazing. Nice to relax and perhaps take few beers :) Special thanks for Vittorio to print F1 tickets for us.

Hard to reach the apartment without a car (on the way back to the apartment, up the hill). The grocery store is also not close, but it's not a big problem since the location overall is great.

11 out of 10! You feel like at home. The apartment and the garden are fantastic. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, the best experience so far.

Wonderful place to stay and the host is an extremely welcoming and caring person , making all to make me feel at home. Vittorio is very friendly and gave me a helpful information. When I arrived, the owner's daughter was waiting for me at the bus stop and gave me a lift home. When I was leaving, the owner took me by car to the bus stop. Everything was perfect and clean. There was food, water and even a bottle of wine in the fridge.Every morning Vittorio brought warm bread for free.I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have met such sincere and hearty care. I felt very comfortable and can recommend this holiday destination unreservedly!

A bit of a hike from the main town! Wouldn’t recommend for those with poor mobility or poor exercise tolerance and endurance.

Loved our stay here! The owner was incredibly helpful, picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us back off. Incredibly detailed explanations of how to get around and how/were to go to be able to make the most of our time in Lake Como. Great facilities - had everything we needed. Great air conditioning. Umbrellas for rain.

The place was very cozy, clean and well organized. It also came with many helpful items and also snacks and beverages!! The location is splendid, the inner courtyard is a huge plus and the value-for-money is truly unbeatable.

The property was very welcoming and homely, Victor (the host) made sure we felt we'll accommodated and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment that we stayed in was well equipped with food, tea and coffee, cutlery etc, we was also given a complimentary bottle of Red wine to enjoy on our stay. There is an area separate to your apartment which provided games, books, cds etc, a perfect place to chill out that's not in your own apartment. We really enjoyed the outdoor breakfast/dining area, this was a lovely touch to eat breakfast outside which was surrounded by views of the mountains and blooming colourful flowers. Victor was an amazing host, he picked us up from where we arrived into Bellagio centre, took us around and showed how to get around, places to eat, how to get the ferry's. 10/10 I cannot fault anything about this and the host, absolutely outstanding service. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable

Our hosts were wonderful! ... very friendly and helpful, and told us about local places to visit. The apartment was very comfortable, and it had "lots of goodies" including a lovely bottle of wine. We had parking on the premises and it was within walking distance to the centre of Bellagio. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

not to fault the property as it was lovely. just be mindful about roads in the area that don’t really have sidewalks so you walk on the road itself and it can feel a bit scary at times I found! taxis and walking in the day are best (if you don’t mind an incline!)

vittorio is fantastic. he was so kind and hospitable and full of enthusiasm. great suggestions, very homely and comfortable space. the bakery and restaurant up the road are incredible and it’s a great place to have a local feel away from the hectic main town when you want to get away.

The location is great if you have a car, and if you don’t there is a bus that runs very close by that’s less than 10 minutes to the town center, but it doesn’t come very often which means you have to plan ahead. This was still not really an issue because our hosts helped us with the schedule and even offered to pick us up! Just something to be aware of when planning your trip.

The home was so cute and had all the amenities you need to cook if you want! They have a beautiful garden where you can sit and soak up the view with your morning coffee. The hosts were also incredibly helpful with things to do, best ways to travel the city, etc. The place was very clean and comfortable for two. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

It is so nice to drink a coffee in the morning while you are looking at the mountains! The property is quite nice and the owners were quite friendly and tried their best to welcome us. The location is out of the village center but, case you are driving, there is a convenient free car park about 10 minutes walk from the center. The apartment offer fully privacy and you may park the car inside the property. In our view it was indeded a good value fior money. Bellagio village itself is quite nice, probably the best place we visited in Cuomo lake.
