Our host, Alex, was very excited to welcome us and made us feel special. He offered to make dinner reservation for us the night of our arrival at his favorite restaurant. Our arrival was delayed by nearly 3 hours due to weather. Alex drove us to the restaurant when we arrived where we had an excellent dinner. He also brought us pastries and coffee the day of our departure. And let’s not forget the bottle of Chianti that was waiting for us on our arrival. This is a delightful property within walking distance to many restaurants and sights. We walked to the Uffizi in about 35 minutes. It was a lovely walk allowing us to see this beautiful area of Florence. The property to very close to the T1 tram stop. We highly recommend staying here.

Alessandro is an amazing host! We were greeted warmly by him and also a nice bottle of wine as a gift. He also gave us a few tips about the city and places to avoid for safety. The accommodation is exactly similar to the pictures of the listing. It has a nice air conditioning and washing machine with spacious bathroom. Alessandro is also super attentive and will respond quickly if you have any questions or need help. The property is close to a tram station (1 minute walk) which gets you to the Santa Maria Novella station quickly. On the checkout day, Alessandro also gave us a farewell with a delicious surprise.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It looks just like the photo's. It is spacious and very clean. The parking spot (additional fee) is a big plus. Alessandro was such a great host! So welcoming and did everything to give us a perfect stay.

The host, Alessandro, was exceptional. He was attentive, thoughtful and very much concerned that we should enjoy our stay. Which we did. We could not ask for a better host. The location of the property was very good, a two minute walk to the tram stop and a 7 minute tram ride into the city centre.

Alexandro is the most gracious host. He lives in the same building and can be reached with WhatsApp. He gave us detailed direction to get to the apartment which is located only 20 minutes tram ride from airport. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator, but the stairway is wide and bright, very easy to walk up with luggage. We can take either the tram or bus to the city center in 15 minutes. There is even a bus that goes directly to Piazzale Michelangelo. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works well and bathroom is very spacious. Most of all, Alexandro is very helpful. Our luggage was delayed and we had problem locating them with the airline. Alexandro was kind enough to drive us to the airport to find our luggage on the next day! Thank you again for the all the help and a wonderful stay!

Alessandro's appartment is absolutely perfect. It is located in a nice quiet location, but very close to the centre and tram as well. It is very clean and well equipped, with comfy bed, air condition, luxury bathroom and nice small kitchen. The beautiful balcony with sofa and flowers is a huge plus. There is also private parking for a reasonable price. Alessandro is absolutely great host, very friendly and helpful, he prepared an overview of tourist attractions, restaurants and many other useful advices. He was anytime ready to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend his place, Alessandro was the best host!

Excellent position next to the tram station from where you are 3 stops away from city center.Very clean and very well organized space.The parking space for your car under the closed gates is a huge plus. The owner Alessandro is one of the best people we ever met,extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this appartement….

It was a cozy apartment that covered all our needs. The small terrace was a plus! Very close to the tram which allowed to reach the city center in a few minutes. The host was very friendly and always responsive. Totally recommend!

It took ages for hot water to come from the shower.

A lovely apartment with all the necessities we needed for a short stay. Situated in a quiet area less than a 30-min-walk from the center. Private parking available if you come by car. What I liked best were the hosts, they were extremely friendly and always ready to help! They really want to make you feel like home :)

It’s a beautiful apartment, in a nice area just a few metres away from the tram stop that goes to the centre, to the airport and train station. The property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and is also very comfortable and beautiful. Really great location to the city centre, there’s a tram stop right outside or about a 15 min walk into the centre. Alessandro was a great host, provided us with lots of information regarding the best local and authentic restaurants as well as other tourist information! He was on call anytime to answer any questions we may have had! very warm welcome, couldn’t be happier with our stay and we will definitely return!

excellent apartments with a great location within walking distance of the city center. The apartments have everything you need for a long stay in Florence. A modern shower cabin and a large window in the bathroom set the mood for the whole day. A well-equipped terrace for an evening glass of wine, the kitchen is equipped with dishes and tea and coffee. Very comfortable mattress. The owner of the apartments made a wonderful impression on us: Alessandro is very caring, always in touch if necessary, Alessandro will make your visit to Florence unforgettable. Alessandro (host) met us upon our arrival and gave us an overview of our room and the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. He made himself available during our stay and was very responsive. The tram was close by and made getting into the city center quite easy. The bottle of wine he left for us was an added treat!
