We could hear the next room’s conversations, soundproofing was terrible. Although a nicely designed hotel in the 70’s everything was very tired looking.

Very comfortable bed, lovely staff. Location was excellent just next to the gardens and an easy walk to everywhere in Taormina. Loved the pool and the views were amazing.

The room design is dated and could have had more comfortable seats to make better use of the balcony. Parking costs are high and access to the hotel is via a steep and narrow ramp: leave your car at home.

Our room was on the sixth floor which is right underneath the restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, so if you dont wake up by 6.45am, its probably the worst place as it gets noisy after that time as you can hear the trolleys and chairs moving.

Amazing view from room, breakfast area, and mostly everwhere from the hotel. On my wifes birthday we found a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket with 2 champagne glasses, which was very nice of them to give free of charge. All staff are very well trained and give amazing service. The hotels location is probably one of the best as its within walking distance (3 to 4 min) to the most popular street Corso Umberto.

Bathroom, old and small. No soundproofing at all. You can hear every neighbours. No coffee maker. Amenities are very old. It is not a 4 star hotel. Adjoining balconies. Smokers everywhere. No control on temperature.

We had a room on the north side of the elevator. That restricts the view a little. Make sure you ask for a room to the south when booking. We asked to change the rooms, but unfortunately, everything was fully booked.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The staff are friendly. And the rooms bring nice view. Like many hotels in Taormina, the hotel is hanging onto the cliff. For Christmas, Taormina turned out to be a good choice. The main streets are packed with people who enjoy the holiday.

Lack of parking Closest parking closes overnight so if you arrive or want to leave after 20:30 its not possible. I used porte catania parking lot which was a 20 min walk away from the hotel at an average of 15 per night

The room was super hot. Understandable that at this time Sicily was abnormally warm. We asked twice to turn off the towel heaters as this is what was causing the room to be hot. The staff did turn them off but with that said, there is only one button at the front desk that turns on all the heaters for the floor so they had to appease other guests as well. Opening the windows is not an option, only the door. Issue with that is our balcony balcony was "shared" with another room so we didn't feel comfortable leaving it open at night.

Nothing ! The price paid was worth every euro paid

The view from our room was awesome . Breakfast was awesome with a full spread of eggs cooked to your liking and even Prosecco! The hotel was close enough to the Main Street and the staff was super helpful with any ridiculous requests made such as aircon tuning , blown bulbs , toilet paper supply and last minute Mt Etna tours . For once during our travels in south Italy, this place has decent aircon that works .

The kettle in the room was unusable, I mean when you put water in it there are some parts separating from the bottom and the water become dirty. So we could not make us coffee or tea in the room and we used the room service. They charged us a little high, one espresso was €2 in the menu, but they charged us €6 just to bring it in the room.

The hotel has a perfect location, very close to everything. Every room has a terrace and beautiful view which is a big plus. The room itself is nice.

Hotel is situated on a hill, so once you get out of hotel first thing in the morning is a steep hill of about 25m.

Very good location, central and everything is at walking distance. Great views from hotel. Really helpful and friendly staff. Even found a bottle of champagne in the room on my Bday!!!
