The bathtub was very high, and we needed to climb over the tub to step into the shower. This was difficult. Also, there should have been an electrical outlet on each side of the bed, not just on one side. The WiFi was very weak. No coffee maker in room.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of variety. Room looked ok and the bed was comfortable. The dance floor in the ballroom was good, although the ballroom itself was just white walls, not very pretty or interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

At check-in the hotel didn't find my records, despite i booked there several times in the past few months. Elevators are very slow. No tissues in the bathroom Shower faucet needs maintenance Room furniture and ambiance very basic

WiFi signal in our room was weak

Excellent position if you travel with family and want to visit Verona, Safary park, Gardaland and Sirmione. Very good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

- In the English breakfast, eggs and bacon are fresh on the weekend but a bit stale during the week, perhaps because there is little influx of tourists. - The bathroom in the room requires an extractor and a regular shower with glass, instead of a bathtub with a plastic curtain. - More sockets in the room to charge phones would be appreciated - Additionally, they added €11 for the minibar to the price, even though I had specified at reception that we didn't even open the minibar.

On one side of the bed, there was no power outlet. In contrast with the reviews, the WiFi in the room was not superb.

Super spacious and clean room and bathroom (bath). Superb breakfast! Super kind staff! We also found a wonderful pizza place only 800m walking distance.

Note: these are some points that can be iritating but nothing that should make anyone decide against booking. Overall our experience was pleasant with a point here or there but nothing that depressed us or spoil our vacation. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is connected with the room AC and bathroom light...if either is switched off it doesnt work...its actually not very effective especially if u have a family of 4 staying in one room. Have had better bathroom fans b4. It would be awesome if these are upgraded. Bathroom urgently needs more hooks for hanging towels and clothes. Room was big and spacious ...2 extra beds were easily fitted in but the mattresses on these beds gave me backache :( the main bed is perfect with a comfortable mattress. For a week sleeping on the extra beds on and off was a pain :( so I decided to fit in on the main bed with the kids. It would be really good if the hotel would fix permanent single or bunk beds with proper mattresses for families! For a room fitting 4 people, just one chair is too less...one has to end up sitting on bed all the time.

Montresor Tower (13floors) is situated in Busolengo, a small town in gardalake...its a very quiet place but other tourist places like Sirmione, riva del garda, Bardolino, gardaland parks etc are all accessible via car within 15mins. The hotel is well situated, is rite next to a shopping mall and a lidl is also in walking distance....there are quite a few pizzerias and a kebab shop in walking distance as well. Its a well maintained hotel, with nice ambience, big spacious and comfortable rooms. The reception lobby is beautiful with a lot of space. There is a bar with a lovely attendant, just she speaks only Italian. There is a seating arrangement with sofas, high stools and chairs outside as well. We had a room booked with breakfast. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are cleaned, towels replaced and beds made every day. The guy at the reception ( dun remember the name) is very helpful, he gave us pretty good tips on places to visit and took in all our requests. Also the dining hall staff is very nice especially Mr. Ashok...smiling and very courteous. We liked staying in the hotel and would definitely return. Tips: shopping mall next to the hotel, pizzeria itali (with an i) at a walking distance with a lovely outside seating area, a little fountain and lots of space for kids to run around.

Floor was a bit sticky in room inside door and bathroom. Bathtub was awkward to step in and out of as the bottom of the tub was higher than the floor.

We choose and pay room for 2 adults and two children 14/15y... room with four beds - double queen bed and two normal bed. But in room - there were crammed two auxiliary folding beds instead of normal beds.

Great location and view from room. Very clean. Excellent breakfast!
