Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThe Family Spa really needs renovation, for this price, its simply Not on the level......especially as parents spend their time the most... Also, the cleaning service of the rooms, Not the level we got used in this sort of hotels. The bathroom floor is Not cleaned everyday, no special touch for the room, the bed sheets look like no one was there, I like to clean our family room but for this sort of hotel I find that this way of tiding up is just not good enough. The old part of the hotel needs renovation, go to the renovated part, they told us that rooms starting from 500 and 600 are the renovated part of the hotel and that looks amazing and that you cant tell by just looking at the hotel photos.
The Location is Superb as well as the food. The place is just MAGICAL. We loved it. Its a familly history, a beautiful story that you can feel being there... Great ski in - ski out, great for kids as well as older people! The food is really as good as they say, the quality, its such a real treat. Thank you Stefanie, Marko, Igor...what an amazing people

Wonderful and peaceful location in between Catinaccio and Latemar mountains and 100m far from the lift. Staff very gentle and friendly. Planty of services and spacious and clean rooms

Italy4Superior stars hotel that lies when questioned about the feedbacks leaves by guests. We paid 1700€ for a suite with the hot tub. Hot tub Water smelled horribly due to lack of chlorine, asked for support but we received no maintenance, no housekeeping ( 4 days of dirty and messy towels in the room and the bathroom) bugs and hair in the hot tub and In the sink, the water shower didn’t work properly, it leaked water we had to fix it by ourselves. No lights around. Bare in mind pictures are fake on the booking website. The place is run down ( no trees around the area due to a massive storm in 2018 though they never mention it), place is pitch black at night you have to use portable lamps to light a bit, if you take a look at the pictures it will look like heaven, go there and you will see the reality. SPA closes at 7, impossibile to use if you hike around the area that is left from the storm devastation. SPA staff does not wear mask inside. They served us meat even though we said we were vegetarian. If you have breakfast at 8 EVERYONE is finished and not refilled. Same at night. Don’t expect the waitress to be nice or attentive to your need. You will have to ask every day for water and coffee, they never get close to the table unless asked to do so. I left a feedback on the table on my last day scoring them 0 and when questioned by booking representatives they said we left happy and satisfied. They refused to compensate us, Booking helped us a bit instead. 1700€ for a place that should be a 3 star rather than a 4SUPERIOR. Don’t be fooled by the reviews and the pictures. ( they are old, mostly 2020) and very few. Don’t even get to the area, everything is shut down or in renovation, no restaurant or pubs around, no lights at night. everything has been destroyed by the storm and they should have been honest with guests by informing them that the closest nice place is Vigo di Fassa ( 30 min by car at least).
