We can’t fault a thing.

The apartment was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook. We were warmly greeted by Guiseppe who could not have been kinder. He gave us a tour of the area and made many recommendations of restaurants places to visit. He was also kind enough to drive us to the station at the end of the week. There was a lovely welcome gift of fruit, wine and soft drinks. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of apartment. Thank you Guiseppe!

Giuseppe was an amazing host who far exceeded our expectations. I had a made an error with my booking and he was fast to fix it and accommodate a group of us. This apartment is the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed at. There was welcome fruit, wine and juice for us upon arrival as well. We would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect. Host was amazing (personable, reliable, helpful - really goes above and beyond). Perhaps the most comfortable accommodation I have ever stayed at. Parking was fairly easy. Would definitely come back and stay longer.

Our stay at Mottola Apartment exceeded our expectations. Guiseppe greeted us with a warm smile and shared everything we needed to know about the Apartment. The vertical we'll equipped Apartment went over and above to make our five days and four nights extremely comfortable. Including the wine, juice, and water in the fridge to the fresh bowl of fruit and coffee pods to make our first morning easy. Guiseppe took us to some spectacular beaches and recommended and reserved delicious restaurants all within walking distance. The gelato at Bar Pepe was one of our favorites. We highly recommend stating at these apartments. You will not be disappointed!

I have nothing negative to say.

The host Guiseppe De Bella was unbelievable, We arrived late and the host waited up for us to meet us in person and had fruits and food available for us so we can settle in comfortably before we went to bed. He went above and beyond the duties of a host. We were welcomed as if we were family. The host was extremely informative, always available and even took us around Tropea to show us where everything was while making superb recommendations. The safety of the building and its surroundings were short of phenomenal. Felt at home and at ease at anytime of the day, The location is perfect for families with children of all ages. 10 minutes to city center or any beach by foot. Grocery store next door. We will be returning next year to the same place because of our incredible host and amazing experience. If I could rate this higher it would be 100 out of 10.

The whole apartment was excellent. Location, furniture and amenities were top notch. The host Giuseppe was wonderful, full of advices and extremely courteous. Easy parking and accessibility to stores, beaches, and restaurants. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Families, couples alike. It is in a strategic location only 10 minutes on foot to downtown tropea and the seaside.

Everything was excellent!

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a family stay including a crib and high chair for our 2 year old. The apartment we stayed in had two bedrooms and 2 full baths which made it ideal for our family of 4 and 2 grandparents. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee machine, kettle and everything we needed to cook. There were multiple grocery stores within a 2-3 minute walk and the center of old town Tropea was only a 10-15min walk. There was free parking onsite and the location made it ideal to get to the beach, center of old town or any of the surrounding villages. The host was exceptionally welcoming, generous and helpful. He oriented us to the surrounding area, gave helpful recommendations and made us feel at home. We will return in the future and will be recommending this to friends and family.

What a great find….. well appointed modern apartment, comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen area. Perfect location. Close to great bars and restaurants and a large supermarkets is 2mins walk away. Beautiful beaches nearby. Welcomed by our host - the fabulous Giuseppe. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off after our stay. Giuseppe provided a lovely welcome pack. Wines, soft drinks and water in the fridge and a huge bowl of fruit. Giuseppe offered us a tour of the local area on arrival and continued to be exceptionally helpful and friendly for the duration of our stay. We’ve never met a host like him. Best host ever. Would definitely recommend staying.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us with true Italian hospitality.

The safe is too small (only passports and small things could be stored there). Nonetheless, the host mentioned the place is very safe and Tropea is a small town. The apartment is a little far from the main beaches (such as Spiaggia Le Roccette). There are no signs or indications mentioning Mottola apartments in the address (after calling the host he came out right away since he lives there).

The apartment is very nice, clean, and comfortable. It includes all the necessary things to cook and eat there. It even has a washing machine. Wifi worked well. Relatively close to a beach (for all beaches in Tropea you have to walk down lots of meters to access the beach). The host was very friendly. He offered us a tour to show us the different beaches, provided fruits and other things for us, and even drove us to the train station after the checkout. The apartment has a very nice terrace.

Dr. Giuseppe the best host we have ever met !! For us it was like meeting an old friend we hadn't seen in a long time. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It is well located, in close proximity to the old town and the various beaches.
