The common area was very close to our window and transmitted a lot of noise impeding our privacy.

Lorenzo was very welcoming, very informative, and gave us some great recommendations for our 24 hours in Florence. Lovely courtyard in which we ate the individual boxed breakfast provided. Unlimited coffee! All round great place, and excellent value for money.

The location did not have direct parking, but they guided us to a near-by hotel outside the ZTL that did.

Communication was was excellent. Room was comfortable. Easy location to get to the center of town - 10 min walk or so.

All was good but the smoker in the shared area. His smoke would easily get in through the door and windows and the smell would fill the room.

First thing at winter time is too cold in a room, the conditioner is not powerful enough to heat a room, or it’s too old. The room where we been was upstairs and under the boss office.

The only drawback was that the room was somehow dark. The only window was in front of the backyard (it was the type of our room), and we couldn't have the curtains open since we needed some privacy.

Lorenzo is super helpful, and the place is absolutely worth staying. Great location, near to the most places. The breakfast is quite basic, but the coffee is good and available 24/7. Also, the room has available water, juices, yoghurt, tea and biscuits.

In our room, there were two huge mirrors in front of the bed. For me, it is a bit odd.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. The room had a door to an adjoining courtyard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Eleonora and Lorenzo were terrific. The location was great too.

I liked everything and there is nothing I didn’t like.

We had a wonderful holiday in Florence and one of the reasons it was so special was because of where we stayed. B&B Mr. My Resort is a lovely little and very comfortable hotel about 10-15 min walk from most attractions. Situated in the beautiful Florentine back streets. Our welcome was perfect and Lorenzo was waiting for us when we arrived. he showed us to our lovely little room which had an air of age and authenticity situated just of beautiful little court yard. The place was exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus as even though we were there in early October it was still very warm. The bathroom was small but lovely and had everything needed. We also had a great little fridge which was replenished daily with fruit juice, bottled water, and yoghurt (at no extra cost) and we were able to keep our own food and drinks in there as it was a good size. Breakfast was different but really enjoyable, we would collect it in the morning from the office in a small bag, usually a croissant, sandwich, and a cake. It certainly set us up for the day. Lorenzo also helped us on our arrival with a map and pointed out all of the main sites to see and drew directions on the map. This was so helpful particularly the restaurants he mentioned not far from the property where the food was exceptional. I can’t give enough praise to the accommodation and how it made our stay in Florence better than ever. Thank you to all at B&B MR My Resort. Just to add the value for money was incredible and the accommodation far exceeded our expectations for the money we paid.
