The cigarette butt ends on the balcony and peeling paintwork. The chips and scratches on the wardrobe and the taps. The empty soap container and failure to replace the towels.

Staff especially Martina and Simona were excellent. Our boat trips and transfers were so efficient. Frankly, the best concierge service I have ever experienced. Breakfast was very good and the guys at the bar - especially Giovanni - were super nice. The location is wonderful. Really enjoyed listening to the sounds of the water, birdsong and even the ferries!

Everything about the property was magnificent! From the breathtaking views of the lake, the delicious food and drinks, and most especially the service of the staff. They made our honeymoon dreams come true. ❤️ They pulled all the stops to make our stay so memorable and special. This is a top tier hotel and I cannot recommend this enough!

Steamroom (not working) and Sauna are next door to the cleaning staff room. It compromise the privacy. Also the outdoor gym only can work when is good weather.

We love it every minute. Very well located,. And old villa newly transformed in hotel with an amazing taste. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with all the amenities, including an Ipad, sound bar, massage machine and even a set of binoculares. The staff was very professional. Always availble and supportive. A beautiful restaurant with Lake Como views, excellent bar/wine list. Also the food experiente was top! I can go on with more... Will come back for sure,

The team at Musa was fantastic. They were thoughtful and responsive. I mentioned I needed extra pillows for my bad back and they sent me a massage device as well. The location was wonderful - the ferry stops just at the doorstep and it was quiet and serene. The restaurant Roteo is a must try - amazing service and good food.

Having to leave, honestly. We both said we'd come back just to stay at the hotel

Spectacular, Spectacular, spectacular. Everything way exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Virginia (Woolf) room and had a 15 Sq mtr furnished balcony overlooking Lake Como. The main restaurant was so top notch, really exquisite food and wine. All the staff was extremely attentive. The bartenders exceptional. We regretted booking a boat tour through another vendor because as we waited for our boat, the MUSA staff came out to load up another family w a fabulous packed lunch and a very fine boat. We realized we made a bad choice on that because MUSA was so on top of everything.

Just the price -- it is kind of expensive.

Everything but the price -- the staff went above and beyond, providing capable assistance in obtaining bus transportation for a day trip to another lake. The customer service at this beautiful hotel is impressive and the hotel itself is remarkably situated and truly gorgeous.

We were extremely impressed with Hotel Musa from the moment we stepped on the property. The parking attendant warmly greeted us and told us to proceed to the reception area for check in. He took care of our luggage and car. As you walk down the steps and into the lobby of this new luxury modern boutique 12 room hotel, you can see all the way through to a view of Lake Como. We checked in and another staff person walked us to our room, where our bags were already waiting, and he explained all the technical amenities the room offered and let us know when meals were served and where things were on the property. The pool area is gorgeous with a pool house bathroom and sauna. The pool view overlooks Lake Como and has a very cool classic old boat turned into a bar for cocktails and appetizers. Don't miss the 5 course tasting option with wine paring! It was over the top. Great location with ferry pick up to other towns on the lake right next to the property. The staff is a group of young professionals who are eager to please and make sure your stay is relaxing. Highly recommend Hotel Muso!

The breakfast was fresh and delicious served to Your table. There was something for anyone and the atmosphere just beside the lake was relaxing.
