Buffet breakfast would be much better than a la carte menu. The grand suit is located on the 3rd floor with stair access only. I personally would prefer the rooms to have more lights.

Gem of a hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional service at the bar and lounge. Room was nice, clean, spacious, and had a charming outdoor setup overlooking the lake. Also great being right next to the ferry stop. Would come back and 10/10 recommend!

The recently renovated hotel is stunning with beautiful views of Lake Como. The gardens and pool area were pristine. This hotel was very elegant, quiet and comfy.

Walking outside of the property on the narrow road without footpath is a little treacherous if you want to try other restaurants and bars etc

Location on side of lake was excellent, fantastic restaurant of the highest quality with a passionate chef who interacted with his customers, great selection of wines, small but clean swimming pool, next to stop for public ferry boat to travel to other parts of the island, beautiful scenery, great location for cycling

Beautiful new hotel, we even got a better room than we booked, for which we thank you very much and it was amazing and had amazing view! nice and helpful staff, perfect restaurant with an exceptional chef, we were very satisfied, excellent breakfast, services and staff. Everything was excellent. We will continue to recommend.

The low lighting in the bedroom a bit too low for us at night. We struggled to watch TV with the sound control programmed so low (probably with other guests in mind).

The location on the lake is stunning; the staff are all absolutely wonderful - so friendly, efficient, helpful and polite and all fantastic English speakers. The restaurant is sublime; fine dining at its creative best. Bravo to the young Head Chef and team! Though our room was on the small side it was well appointed and very comfy with a lovely partial view of the lake.

What a brilliant time I had at Musa. A small boutique hotel on right on the shore of Lake Como, this stay really couldn't have been bettered. The two young 20-something business partners who have started this really have established something quite extraordinary. Eschewing the usual "Grand Hotel" style which most luxurious hoteliers in Como aim for, Musa is a complete breath of modernist fresh air. The staff really are excellently trained, increadly friendly, charming and helpful. The pool area with views of the lake is delightful. And then of course you come to the restaurant which is, I would imagine, not far off of receiving its Michelin star. It'll satisfy any gourmand's high taste and the courses are served with real verve and passion. In every way Musa surpassed my expectations. I loved this hotel and can't wait to return.

Musa di Lago was complete luxury at the the most gorgeous Lake Como. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable, bed and pillows were luxurious and bathroom products were lovely. Room matches the description on the website. Food and drinks were divine and staff were super friendly and attentive! Will be coming back!

Great peaceful location on the lakefront, stunning views and the hotel was finished to a very high standard with all the little extras that you would hope for from a 5* accommodation. We loved the modern design and although the room we had was quite small they managed to include all those nice extras without it feeling cramped. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and the food and drinks on offer were top quality.
