Excellent hosts and accommodations! Loved it! Large spacious rooms with a king size bed and very modern bathrooms. The hosts, Ernesto and Paola were exceptional and made us feel like family. Beautiful and safe area. Had an elevator with a few stairs to get to it. Excellent continental breakfast. Great view of the Vatican - entrance across the street from the building. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Ernesto was so helpful with recommendations. There was no problem communicating with him- a definite plus. We loved our stay!

We recently booked a two day stay here, and we were absolutely stunned by Ernesto and Paula’s hospitality. They are nothing short of amazing. Ernesto and Paula made sure that we had a pleasant and unforgettable stay. Right from the start Ernesto provided us with an abundance of information on popular restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast they provided was absolutely exquisite. Not only this, but the location was extremely convenient. The Vatican Museum is just a block away. During our stay we unfortunately left something valuable in the room, but Ernesto kept it safe and went through all the trouble to get it back to us. We would love to go back and stay in this place during my next visit. Would absolutely recommend!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in my bed Vatican museum. It’s situated in a prime location in sight of the Vatican. Everything is in walking distance- the pantheon, trastevere, trevi fountain. The room and the facilities are extremely clean and very homely and comfortable. Best of all Ernesto and Paola are the nicest, kindest most welcoming people you could ever meet. They provided detailed explanations to all our questions, and every restaurant recommendation they gave to us was 10 out of 10. Ernesto and Paola were very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They stayed late to let us in when our flights got delayed, and after a delicious breakfast and chat, they built up a great rapport with our little girls as well. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed here for 4 days and couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ernesto, the owner. We couldn't sleep the night before our early departure for the airport because the Dutch men in the room next to use were having loud sex. They only stopped when we banged loudly on the wall. It was pretty disturbing to say the least!

Absolutely nothing to dislike

If you’re visiting Rome, you have to stay at this B&B. Ernesto and Paolo are the kindest, nicest most welcoming hosts we have ever had. Ernesto will take time to show you a map and highlight where to visit and where to eat etc which was very helpful for our first time. The location is perfect, we walked all around Rome and everything is within walking distance but just off the hustle and bustle so you can get a great nights sleep. The B&B itself was lovely and clean, rooms really spacious with everything you could need. Ernesto and Paola gave us fresh pastries and tea and coffee every morning and it was delicious and kept us full for a long time! Honestly, if you are contemplating it, just book this little gem as you will not be disappointed and you will meet one of the most genuine and nicest couples you will ever meet in your life. Thank you so much! We would 100% return

The couple ( Ernesto and Paola)who run the property gave us a warm welcome. We felt safe in the property and the area . The property is clean and comfortable, with beautiful high ceiling. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was continental and adequate for a day sightseeing.

This property is less than 5 min walk to the Vatican. Good restaurants surround the area. Buses and taxis are easily accessible. The streets are well lit, so you feel secured walking even at night.

It was an outstanding stay in Rome. I am incredibly thankful for our hosts Ernesto and Paola for making us feel so welcomed and happy. Property is just 5 min away from Vatican museum, location and view from the window is worth more than 10/10. Every morning we were served with perfect cappuccino and had great talks. Also must mention that property is perfectly clean and very cozy. Best wishes from Lithuania and really hope to come back one day!
