Had problem with EU adapters working in any of the plugs - that was the main issue. Think they have old sockets.

The AC wasn't working. We asked the staff about it and they turned it on but still it wasn't working as it should be so in the summer time I think I won't pick this place cause it was really hot in the room even if the AC was working on 18°C all night.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was OK, typical Italian breakfast which means a lot of sweets 😋 the bed was really big and comfortable. The localisation was OK, you can get to the city center by the bus (u can buy ticket at the bus with the card). It's very close to the airport.

No food available for a 21:30 arrival. This was disappointing as not highlighted.

Close to the airport so good for an overnight stay. The room was quite adequate and the breakfast was good with a wide selection. We arrive late (21:30) and no food available, however the very helpful receptionist provided a drink from the bar.

It said on booking that it has free parking, but the free parking was public and the places were all taken. I had to pay 10euros/day for their private parking garage.

Location was excellent, included breakfast was great, staff was helpful and the room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Maybe a little renovations in bathrooms wouldn't hurt.. Somehow a larger variety for breakfast would've been better. For example.. we didn't had any kind of vegetables.. at least some tomatos... but this depends on every person choice.

A very clean and well-maintained hotel about a 20-minute bus ride from the main train station. The breakfast was amazing - coffee prepared by the barista!

The wifi was really bad. On the day that we checked in we informed the receptionist that we were having trouble with the wifi’s very low signal. disconnected. The receptionist informed my husband that he will go on all floors to check and “improve” the wifi. Until the day we checked out nothing changed. If it was beyond his control I guess it would have been better if he didn’t commit to anything. We also reported that one of the night lamps wasn’t working. The same (male) receptionist said that it had already been reported in the morning and should have been fixed. Since it wasn’t obviously fixed he said someone might come in the evening or the morning after. The problem wasn’t resolved at the time of our checkout.

The breakfast was good, several choices to choose from.

The heating is not working all the time - I don't know if it's controlled from a central heating unit of the hotel. Even if you turn on the heating from your room, it doesn't start when you want. We didn't go to the reception as we were staying just for one night. The WI-FI doesn't work that good and sometimes the cell reception is not that good inside the room. The outlets are only meant for small plugs (like the one for the phone chargers). I wasn't able to plug my rotating brush in any outlet. The rooms should have a new paint cause it looked a bit awful. Also, the green color from the bathroom is not great. Speaking of bathroom, the fan was not working so we had to air the steam from the shower through the room as there was no window in the bathroom. Toiletries like ear cotton swabs were missing - definitely not something you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Also, there were no glasses (only two plastic cups in the bathroom) and no electric kettle. If you're on transit, staying for one or two nights, the hotel is ok.

Good breakfast with multiple options. Clean sheets & towels. Friendly staff. Big bathroom with instant hot water. Great location if you're just in transit, not to visit Bologna. Even if the hotel is far from the city center (I knew this when I booked), there are multiple buses that can bring you the hotel from the city center (It takes aprox 30 mins with the bus to get to the city center ans viceversa). The bus station is at 5 min walking from the hotel. Very close to the airport as well.

The breakfast was quite poor, 90% sweets and the as warm meal was only omelette, bacon and hotdogs. I eat better at 3-star hotels in Italy. It has a hard floor instead of a rug, but it has too much dust in the room.

The location is good, very easy to find, with a lot of parking spots. Personal was nice. King-size bed and quiet room. The exterior of the hotel is in renovation. A 40-minute walk from the airport in a safe zone. A 10-minutes from the train station. Near it is a pizzeria.

The noise of arguing from the McDonalds next door at 2am, and beyond. The hotel was better than the immediate area. Parking was a challenge, just open the garage for all guests as the standard procedure, it seemed that the staff were relucant to do this. Restaurant not open weekends, just for business guests Mon-Thurs
