Staff was not always present and sometime if we need them we had no way to contact them.

Not much natural light in the b&b but amazing historical building. Great for a one night stay as we were coming from the airport and travelling to Sorrento the following day. Not sure we would have wanted to stay for two plus nights as it is more a collection of rooms rather than a traditional hotel. In a great location near the sea and port but a further walk to Spaccanopoli etc

Breakfast was wonderful including home made, warm, freshly baked pastries and hot good quality coffee.

Elevator didn’t work. Windows in the room did not open, we didn’t have fresh air! Stray dogs were barking all night. Bathroom is outdated, rusty shower head, broken toilet paper holder. And the fan is extremely dusty, which is unpleasant.

Breakfast was good, the service was good too, she was kind. Location is great.

The check in process could have been clearer. We buzzed at the door on the street and were let in. When we went upstairs to the B&B door it was locked. We pressed the call button a few times, but no one answered. There was a pin in my confirmation email and I tried that on the pin pad, but it didn't work. After about 5 minutes, the owner came up the stairs and let us in. Some directions in the confirmation email would have been helpful. After we were checked in though everything was good.

The homemade croissants were delicious at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The location was nice. It's only about a 10 minute walk from a pedestrian-only street full of restaurants and shops and about 15-20 minutes from the palace and Basilica.

Really the only small area for constructive feedback is the bathroom. It could do with a littel extra attention during cleaning (mainly around the outside base of the shower).

Super spacious, easy access and absolutely wonderful staff. The breakfast was more than enough to sustain you for a morning and always served with a friendly smile. Wonderful building!

It was quite hard to find and we had to ask someone on the street for help. Turns out, that person was a prostitute so that was a awkward beginning.

We thought it was a small owner run B&B but it’s more like an Airbnb because it’s just a couple of en-suite bedrooms and no other services apart from a modest breakfast. it was fine just much more basic than we were expecting from the description and price.

Dark room, plenty of mosquitoes if you open the window. Also I didn't really feel safe keeping the window open during the night as the room was facing the back alley. Our room was the cheapest and it was pretty mediocre, but other (more expensive) rooms are beautiful as we had a sneak peek into them. Not limited to this hotel - in general Italians don't have good breakfast (everything is way too sweet, terrible croissants and pastries). My gf has diabetes and although the hotel tried to make accommodations, it was clear they have no experience dealing with such requests.

Location is super central, close to the Napoli riva - perfect to explore seaside restaurants. Short walk to the main sights, bus stop is also nearby, but buses in Napoli are a bit hectic and not 100% reliable. Room had AC, was spacious, pretty clean.

This is a lovely room, very spacious and gorgeous murals. Just few minutes walk to the sea. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The room did not have tea and coffee making facility but upon request we got the kettle. Breakfast was very disappointing as the choices were very limited. we had to request for fruits and eggs which were not included in the breakfast.The property is on first floor with no proper lift facility.There is a lift but it is very old and small.

When I engaged the place I wanted three things - location, breakfast and parking. Only the location was indisputable. Other than that - everything around the entrance was littered with trash. Guests came into the room next door late in the evening and were making noise until late, and by early morning a coughing, sneezing and hacking started that echoed everywhere.

The best part is the location. The room is unnecessarily huge. Very high - over 5 m., which makes it uncomfortable. The room has a second floor with an extra bed with a very steep staircase, but the toilet is on the first floor, which is inconvenient. The breakfast was dry, poor and formal
