1. If you take parking it’s 15min walk away with cobble stones and no possibility to drop of luggage at apartment. This is no information about it at time of booking. Rome ZTL does not allow tourists entry (contrary o other cities like Lucca). 2. Extremely dirty apartment - mould in bathroom and fridge!!! Dust everywhere. Location does not justify dirty place. It’s just a matter of bit of bleach and ventilation of apartment being fixed. I expect rude answer to this comment as to all before. If you close to „most beautiful piazza in Roma” you need to stay in filth - according to host. 3. Very arrogant host. 4. Pictures of apartment do not show latest view of apartment. Like shower cabin is broken and door replaced with moulded shower curtin . Additional beds are added in living room/kitchen to accommodate 4 people for sleeping. No sofa seating. 5. WiFi not working in entire apartment only in living room area - this could be a easily resolved with WiFi repeater (20eur).

Location is perfect. Nice old building in Centro Storico. Very nice breakfast place around the corner.

There was only one working fan in the section of the room with no aircon. Two fans were broken or couldnt be plugged in.

It was very dirty, there was mold everywhere behind the wardrobes/chests, it smells like mold /and your clothes too/, the boiler unit is 50l only, has no temperature adjustment and the hot water is not enough, some of the wardrobes are used as storage for sheets/towels and other stuff /dusty stuff/

The apartment was advertised as a 1 bed, 1 sofa bed apartment. The bed in the bedroom has seen better days and should be replaced. The sofa bed had no bedding for my friend to sleep on and didn't appear to be any in the apartment. The apartment was very musty smelling but overall looked clean except behind the dresser at the front door.

The apartment was in a very good area. There were food options right outside which was great after sightseeing all day. The apartment was cute and had it been spiffed up a little would be a good choice for a single person or a married couple.

Hello Vikey. I would like to inform you that we were very disappointed by our stay in your apartment. The quality of cleanliness is very poor: dust everywhere on the furniture, the curtains were dirty, the linen was thin and pillowcases were stained, the towels ripped and smelly. The grout between tiles in the shower are black (I tried to clean them with soap and it came out- whoever cleaned did not do his job properly). There was no shampoo or shower gel to use. The walls in the bath behind door and the ceiling were mouldy, the door from bath has a hole behind. The bucket used as bins in the kitchen is rusty and has a bad smell of discomposed food We have paid €400 at least to benefit from a decent stay. I am asking for a refund as this is not acceptable. I have photos with all these issues and I am making a complaint to Italian authorities / booking.com in charge to check and resolve it. Clean/fresh towels and linen, a shower gel and a disinfected bath is a basic you should provide after asking so much money. I can understand old but there is no excuse for DIRT!

I don’t even know what to start with. The flat barely has any light. There’s mold everywhere and it smells horrible. The host was not really helpful. We had a problem that we needed help with and I called the host who literally started panicking and showed absolute lack of problem solving abilities and customer centricity which was extremely unprofessional. In the end our neighbors helped us solve the problem rather quickly. The flat is absolutely not worth the money. A typical case where they charge you whatever they want for a trashy place and still find somebody to stay there just because it’s Rome

I struggle to name anything good other than the location and even that is questionable because he’s, it’s very close to Piazza Navona but it’s also extremely loud. I could not sleep without the noise canceling headphones

Not able to check in at noon as promised, keys a 20 minute walk away(we eventually managed to get the keys from the cleaner at the apartment), damp apartment smelling of humidity with mould on the walls, badly equipped kitchen with hobs that keep blowing the fuse, non functioning washing machine, limited hot water, noisy. Not recommended!

The apartment was smelly and the reception staff grumpy. The reception is located 20 minutes walk from the property, which wasn’t clear at all.

excellent location, the apartment is clean, easy to find with navigator, in safe zone, supermarkets are very close, restaurants, comfortable bed, presence of ventilator and conditioner and ground floor.
