Location location location! Perfect base for exploring the eternal city. Walking distance to all major sites! The busy Piazza Navona right outside the doorstep, but unexpectedly quite at night, except for a few seagulls searching for food, sounding like cats :-) A memorable experience to sit on the small balcony, sipping a glas of wine and inspect the busy life on the square. Quite a few looked back in awe. Close to good shopping and night life.

The view from the apartment and the location were amazing. Being within walking distance to all the major sites, and situated on Piazza Navona itself, was fantastic! Additionally, our host Paolo was extremely helpful. Everything about our stay was amazing and exceptional. We truly felt like we were in the heart of Rome, waking up to the view of Piazza Navona every morning. Highly recommended..

You are on a popular square. The windows are double paned but couldn’t block out the bag pipes on a Friday night. During the week it’s very quiet. The sounds from the bathroom are no secret.

Unique and convenient location on historical Piazza. Host was quite accommodating. Easy access with full amenities. Large towels, snacks, toiletries, bottled water and sparkling wine. Easy one floor up with elevator.

We are a family of 5 with three very young kids, so we decided to stay in this apartment because of the location and the views. The experience at the end of our trip was higher than our expectations! The apartment was sparkling clean, well maintained/decorated and organised, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds/pillows, 2 smart TV’s, clean and new washing machine & tumble dryer with detergent available. The building is safe, the main entrance is locked all the time and there is a lift there, too (very helpful for the stroller and tired toddlers). Paolo, was so welcoming and helpful, happy to recommend us restaurants when we asked for. He also left us a bottle of champagne and chips. The location was ideal for a family, because everything was in walking distance. The view was amazing, and we can’t say that there was any noise that annoyed us during our stay. Nights were very quiet. We definitely recommend it.

Location was brilliant. Right on Piazza Navona. Apartment was lovely. Washington machine was a bonus as a family of 4! Very comfortable with everything you would need. Lots of little touches that made the apartment even more special. Chiara was a brilliant host. Meeting us, arranging transfers, providing restaurant recommendations. Very easy to deal with and great service and communication.

The location was amazing, and the view from the balcony was perfection! Photos of view attached. The apartment worked perfect for our family of four. We ate at many nearby restaurants and walked all over Rome from this location. Piazza Navona has a great energy day and night, and we loved its history and fountains. This was one of our favorite areas of Rome.

Loved the location of the apartment. Pricing was reasonable. The service provided by Paolo was exceptional. He helped us at every stage of our trip. He was intouch with us weeks before our trip and remained intouch with us until we got to the airport. We arrived earlier than our check in time but Paolo accomodated our early check in request without any additional charge. He also booked Taxi for us at discounted rates. Thank you Paolo and Alexandra. Will surely staying at this place again in tge future.

Everything was amazing and exceptional. We stayed in the heart of Rome. We slept and woke up to the view of Piazza Navona. From now on I cannot stay anywhere but this place ❤️. They renewed the place so everything is new and comfortable. The apartment is very clean, tidy and it is well above your expectations. Paolo is very friendly and we really appreciate, thank you for everything. I live in Rome and to be honest this place is the best place for staying in Rome!
