Honestly nothing.

This property is exceptional and the perfect base in Rome. The rooms are huge, which is rare in European cities. The location is so central and despite being on a main road, our room was very quiet. The room is cleaned daily and they let us leave our bags early the day we arrived. Andrea is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Efficient, engaged and unbelievably helpful. Andrea was in constant contact before and during our trip and went above and beyond to help us get transport the day we left (as the city was shutdown for the Giro D’italia race). Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

There can be a bit of street noise due to the location, but we actually didn’t find it to be an issue for us. It was part of the ambiance. Others may not like it, but that’s art of being in a great location.

Everything was modern and clean. The location was excellent as it was only a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to some of the major sites such as the St Peter’s Basilica / Vatican Museum / St Angelo’s Castle and the Pantheon. The owner was attentive and communicated regularly and able to assist with cab bookings, etc.

The shower was not working properly and there was mold in the shower cabin.

The location of the property is very good. It is only 6-7 mins walking distance from piazza Navona. There are a lot of restaurants around and a great bakery at the back side of the building. Our room was spacious. The main bed was big and comfortable, only the bed was next to a wall and my daughter didn't feel very good with it.

This place deserves a 10 but unfortunately there was a problem with the shower drainage which made it very hard for my family to shower and since we only stayed one night it was a big deal for us. We told the host and he was sorry for that and Im sure if we stayed more he would've fixed it

Good sized room. Clean. Close to Castel Sant Angelo and Vatican City Easy to access it and could use facilities after check out which was a bonus for us. Staff was also helpful with recommendations.

The accommodation is in an ideal location, close to all sights. The bed is too comfortable, the heating is excellent. Andrea is a very kind host, he helped us for everything we needed. We will surely come again. Great recommendation!

The guest house is located in a beautiful building with a courtyard in the very centre of Rome, close to everything. We could walk everywhere, but there was also buses right on the main road. We had a big room with a view to the church, nice big bathroom, good internet, quite, really nice reception/living room.

The apartment is located in a great place. 4 minutes walk from Piazza Navona, 2 minutes from the bus stop. Half an hour to the Colosseum and 25 minutes to the Vatican. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean! Equipped with a kettle, cups, spoons, tea and shower supplies, as well as a hairdryer. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day. Andrea is very nice, helpful and communicative. You can't imagine a better place!

Excellent location, on main road and next to bus stop. Clean and big room with all facilities as claimed. Hassle free entry and check in. Vatican city, Sistine Chapel, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain are within 1.5-2 km from the property. Eating joints and Mini markets are within 5 min. walk.

Lots of security. There’s a front door, then an iron gate, then a hotel door, then the actual room door. I have never felt more safe.

The apartment itself was nicely appointed, with a very large shower for Italy.
