Excellent location, and great room (65) - our room was on the main street (via Roma) and very quiet with no stairs to access it. We loved it.

Great location on the Main Street close to beaches and lots of restaurant options. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Sent advice about where to park for free and allows for early check in! Room was not in the main building but across the street, which was fine. Complimentary water, tea and coffee and Mini bar and fridge in room. Nice to have a small sitting area separate from the bed room.

Very modern and comfortable B&B, very warm welcome. Great location. The highlight was definitely the breakfast “served to your room” which you can enjoy on the balcony and has that Italian flair.

It was amazing, we loved everything about our stay! You are right in the middle of everything you will love about Polignano …. location, restaurants, bars & beaches superb. The rooms & breakfast are exceptional and Paolo was always there to welcome us, help us out & answer any questions we had.

Amazing location, friendly staff, nice surprise on arrival (small bottle of wine). Very tidy rooms and bathroom, and shower was excellent. Lovely little balcony over the street to enjoy the wine! Would definitely stay again. Also better value for money than other options we looked at in Polignano a Mare.

Very good location, plenty of restaurants all around, sea just few of minutes of walk. The studio is just perfect for a couple. Nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved our stay here from the minute we arrived. Stylish, yet cosy, perfectly located right in the center of Pulignano. Impeccably clean and the room comes with everything you need. Lavish breakfast delivered to our room every morning, which we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy on the balcony. Paolo is the best host you could wish for, kind, helpful and an all around nice guy. Mille Grazie!

The place is gorgeous, comfortable, clean and in a great location in the historic city center, just like the pictures. Breakfast was delicious and served in the room. The hosts are also very nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Can’t wait to go back!

The owner and staffs are very nice and helpful for everything from beginning until checkout. He can suggest even the nice restaurant around hotel and interesting activities.

Couldn't recommend it more! I had the most amazing check-in experience, the room was seamless clean, absolutely well decorated, the shower is perfect, and the balcony was spacious. There are many restaurants around and the location is close to all the main city attractions. Also just 8 minutes away by walking from the train station. Staying there made my first time experience in Polignano a Mare even more special!

The location is good cause it literally on the principal street of resto, café, bar however this means that it’s very noisy at night so hard to sleep even at 1am when it’s still bustling on the street. It didn’t help that during our stay the world diving competition was going on so even more full in town. I would still recommend this hotel due to all the other positive aspects but ask for a room in back.

Beautiful place recently renovated with great style. Staff very helpful. Confortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with big shower, good breakfast at near by cafe.
