The appartment is situated in a quiet, cobbled courtyard and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. The appartment itself was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was powerful and the water always hot. Our host, Giuseppe was very attentive. The appartment is a 10/15 minute walk to the city centre. Would highly recommend this appartment to anyone wishing to visit Palermo.

The only thing that comes to mind is the breakfast: it is pretty limited (mostly sweet pastries). Still, you can boil an egg or prepare something to complete the meal and there's a perfectly good coffee machine.

Perfect location with very kind and helpful owner. We arrived quite late, and Giuseppe was waiting for us at the apartment with the keys. Perfect location: it is on one of the main roads where there are many buses running (among others the one from the airport, which stops just a 2 minutes walk from the outer gate), but is still very quiet, no noise what-so-ever. It is not too far from the best Palermo sites either (you can take the bus to the city center, but we preferred to walk). The bus to Mondello (which is a charming little seaside town about 30 minutes from Palermo) has its stop almost in front of the house as well. The apartment is modern, very nice and clean. It has a kitchen equipped sufficiently for two people (though we did not cook much, the street food is so good!!!). The bathroom is beautiful with a shower. The bedroom is good sized, has a big cupboard for your clothes, a good bed (we prefer a harder bed surface, and this was a bit on the soft side, but that is a question of preference), and a small balcony (excellent for a morning coffee).

The only flaw was breakfast, made with packaged supermarket goods and miles away from the quality food you can get in Palermo. Better go to one of the many bars in the neighbouhood.

Great location, right in the city new centre. Giuseppe is a welcoming host and will go the extra mile to meet your expectations and support your stay. Top-notch clean. Pretty inner courtyard. Quiet and noise-proof environment, which is a rare find in town.

There are few parking spaces in the area. Giuseppe will eagerly explain to you the differences between the white and the blue parking lines.

Everything is perfect. The location is on Via Libertà’ but a long and pleasant courtyard separated the road from the apartment. Via Libertà’ is the best spot in the historic centre of Palermo to take a stroll while perusing luxury brands and fashion boutiques. The apartment is of the perfect size for two people and it has surely been newly refurbished. I thought I was the first guest ever. It is very clean and every detail is well thought through (furnitures, appliances, coffee machine, safe, nice shower..) Giuseppe is the perfect Sicilian host! He is very welcoming and helpful with a nice smile on his face. I have never given 10 out of 10 in any review, this is my first time. Please note: I have no relationship or friendship with Giuseppe. My extremely positive review is well deserved.

It was winter, we asked the owner to turn on the heat, it was still chill in the apartment, but AC helped a lot. In general, there's everything you need for comfortable stay.

Great location, close to the city center to which you can get in less than 30 minutes by foot. Bus stops nearby to Mondello Beach, to which it takes around 15 minutes. The accommodation was perfectly clean, fully furnished and in a strategic position. The artistic touch with a wooden world map and other details provided the apartment with a distinctive style and elicited a sense of comfort and ease. The host was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the shortness of our stay!

Apartment being located near the Main Street also has its disadvantages. One being, lots of traffic, leaving the town in the morning.

Everything. Property is located near the Main Street with lots of free parking around it. City center and the attractions are in walking distance (30min). Although the apartment is located near the Main Street, the surrounding is quiet- so you can get good long sleep (the bed is big really comfortable). You have everything you need in the apartment, so you can make your stay comfortable. Besides all that, the owner is really kind, and always ready to help in case you need something. If you want advice what to visit and where to it - he is for sure the guy to ask. :)

The location is almost perfect, it has an exit to a main street that leads you directly to the city center, it is not very close, but it is perfect for a short walk. You can take the bus to the beach by crossing the street. The interior of the courtyard is welcoming, everything is green and very nicely decorated. The owner of the apartment is a fantastic guy, you can rely on him, he did us the favor of picking us up and taking us back to the airport for a decent price, and on the way he told us about the places we could visit, about the Mondello beach, about the mountain Pellegrino, but also where we can eat and have fun. The apartment is perfect, it combines the new with the old very nicely and is very practical and quite spacious, it has everything you need, it was very clean, and the balcony offers you a great view of the inner courtyard. A unique place with so much good taste and attention to detail, I would go back anytime.
