Demenico was very kind and caring host. He showed me good place where I can have delicious food for less price and best place where to go to beach. Breakfast was done with love. Also location is amazing and the view is stunning.

The check in process was a little convoluted, but once we establish communication with the owner, everything was sorted out.

We had the most amazing stay in Catania. The property is just near the sea, extremely clean room and beautiful view on the balcony. The apartment is near the beach, a coffee shop and a few restaurants and just near is a bus station to arrive in the center of Catania. We enjoyed coffee with a view every morning. The host was the kindest man we ever meet in Sicily. He helped us with everything we needed and we are extremely grateful for this beautiful experience. Will definitely come back.

The host was extremely nice and made sure we have everything we need. The building is in the gated area, the views are amazing. We felt like at home.

Staff took the time to try SO hard to communicate with me; I don't speak any Italian, nor did my phone have service to use Whatsapp, the proprietor's preferred way of communicating with foreigners. Even so, they stayed with me until things were clear, and set up an alternative means of communication. And the property was gorgeous. Excellent, excellent value.

Mimmo came down to the entrance to open the secured gate for us as we arrived quite late, whereas he could have opened the gate remotely. It was very nice of him. His daughter Christina was in constant contact in WhatsApp as her father doesn't speak English. She helped us find a place to eat at around midnight. We communicated with Mimmo using Google translate. Everything was great. Mimmo also arranged great breakfast and he went out again to get fresh Grenate for us ! Unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy the private beach ! Highly recommend.

Nothing we could think off. Had a pleasant stay

The host was super friendly, even language was barrier, he was able to communicate and understand us well. Nice place with car parking. Located close to beach, nice views, clean washrooms and kitchen.

The host tried to talk with us, but we had to use a Google translator, as he does not understand English at all. Communication was a bit problematic. Although the host's daughter sent us how-to-get-in instructions in advance, it was difficult to find the B&B, because the main gate mentioned in her message was locked and you get the key upon after arrival. We used a different gate from the opposite side. The B&B has its private beach, but we didn't find it. It's not directly next to the house, you have to go about 4 minutes. After we crossed the main street, we got lost, saw no beach and went back. It would be helpful to create an easy map of how-to-get-in and how-to-find-the-beach. Maybe the host told us the way, but (as written above), we didn't understand. There was some problem with electricity. Every time we turned the air conditioning on, the fuses blew within several minutes and we remained in the dark. Four times I went downstairs and repaired them, after the fifth blackout I gave up and we went to sleep without air conditioning (and electricity as well). Fortunately the night wasn't extremely hot, so we managed to fall asleep. To be fair, the host apologized for this twice the next morning - the problem was temporary, of course. Overall we were satisfied, the accommodation is very nice, but there is a space for improvement

The room is situated in 2nd floor and has a terrace with beautiful landscape and sea view. Mimmo, the host, was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nice, as was the bathroom. We were offered to choose our breakfast-preference and our wish really came true.

Breakfast very plain and simple. Person taking care of B&B was never on time to prepare breakfast. No lift and we were on the third floor. Images on FB give an unrealistic expectation. Price very expensive and no value for money

No aircon, was really hard to sleep between mosquitos and heat. The baby bed was delivered late while our son was super tired Not super clear how to reach the place.

Mimmo was the kindest host we have had in our many travels. He gave us the best welcome and introduction to Sicilia. Free parking right in front of the apartment. Access to a more private beach area. In close range to Catania, the Castello and Taormina. And a very nice sicilian breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommendable.
