What a helpful, kind, attentive manager she is. She is one of a kind! Ragusa Isla is a beautiful place and the location of Neropece is unmatched. Thank you Cristina and staff.

The accommodation has no elevator, so it can be tricky if you have big luggage and need to get to the 2nd floor. We were lucky to get the 1st floor, even Cristina so kindly helped us bring the luggage.

Such a lovely place in a beautiful location, right behind Duomo. The room is spacious with a balcony viewing the gorgeous cobblestone street. There's also a rooftop where you can see the Duomo, at night especially so graceful. Exceptional staff - Cristina is so helpful and responsive. Checking in/out is easy, she even let us staying until afternoon due to the schedule of our next trip. Such a lovely gesture, and much appreciated. The customised breakfast is delicious, with local products. We really enjoyed our stay.

Christina F was the best hostess ever! She made us a perfect plan for our one evening stay in Ragusa. In addition, when talking about our wishes, made an interesting suggestion for the following day, too. Next day was her day off, however she personally arranged our visit to a Palace and made a lot of effort together with her staff in order to find a storage room for our luggage during our stay in Modica. In addition to exceeding the high level service expectations, she also was extremely kind to send me my lost belongings from Neropece by DHL. Christina is a true professional in the hotel industry and is genuinely interested in the comfort of her guests. We can highly recommend staying in this lovely little hotel with a nice terrace and a view of the Cathedral dome.

Directions were difficult and it was much easier for us to park in the lower public parking and walk rather than try to drive up into the neighborhood.

Everything was great.

We loved staying at Neropece. The junior suite was spacious and stylish with a gorgeous balcony that had a close up view of the duomo. It was a great place for relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. Cristina was so helpful and made reservations for us at delicious restaurants.

There was NOTHING we didn't like about Neropece. If you have issues with stairs (we don't), think carefully before you book the top floor room.

Super clean, very comfortable bed, nice towels, excellent central location in Ibla, a few metres from the main square. Our Sicilian breakfast (choice pre-ordered from the menu each day) was wonderful and so beautifully set out. Cristina is warm, welcoming and lavishes care on Neropece, also helping with understanding the ZTL and finding car-parking. Her English is impeccable ... wish my Italian was even a fraction as good! Anita who is 'breakfast lady' always remembered about our tea and checked that all was well with our food in a smiling, caring manner.

A charming place right in the centre of Ragusa, excellent location. Christina was very friendly and welcoming, helped us with parking (arriving was a bit challenging with gps navigation leading us the wrong way), and gave us good advice about what to visit. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded and the room ("Barocca") was beautiful and spacious. Wonderful balcony with view of old Ragusa. Really well located for strolling into the gorgeous town and its great choice of eating/drinking places. When we arrived the host, Christina, was waiting outside and was kind enough to take my husband to where we could park for free. She was charming and gave great advice on where to eat etc!

What is there not to love? The location is superb. The quirky and arty style and room was tastefully decorated. Immaculate, mini bar, complimentary water and tea/coffee in room. The terrace is understated in the description as it is in fact a private terrace with a partial view of the church’s dome. Break fast is delicious - all locally sourced produced! Cristina needs her own paragraph! She is so sweet and caring. Went above and beyond in making our stay so perfect. This was the best property we have stayed in on our 9 stop tour of Sicily!!! 🍋
