The location of the hotel was perfect, short walking distance to the roman forum, colosseum & not too far from the main shopping area. Staff were fantastic & couldn't do more for us!! Food & coffee brilliant & facilities were great. Completely exceeded my expectations.

The staff was the most kind and capable staff- setting up parking, ZTL pass, dinner reservations. The rooms were beautiful with fresh flowers, the most amazing scent, and Easter chocolate. Welcome drinks & delicious breakfast every day. The perfect location to explore Rome without feeling overwhelmed by tourists

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and at the end of our trip. The second time was in a room that is around the corner from the lobby and on a second floor with no elevator, it was inconvenient.

The best thing was the location. Hotel was clean and nice, but the best part was the warming and personalized customer service of Luba, she was sooo nice!!

En suite could have been larger. One issue was that the sink plug got stuck - quickly fixed only for it to recur on our last morning.

We think this is the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in - it feels like it is run by one big happy family. It's in a great location, has comfortable rooms (albeit the en suite was cosy!) and we really felt well looked after by every single member of staff. The welcome drinks were an added bonus.

If anyone is wondering where to stay in Rome Nerva Boutique hotel is the place to be. Honestly I believe to be the most wonderful hotel in Rome. From the moment of arrival the staff were nothing but welcoming, kind and helpful! The rooms are comfortable, well stocked and chic. The breakfast, snacks and evening drinks were delightful. Thank you to all reception staff who are so friendly and try to do as much as possible for you, to the restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeepers. When we are back in Rome we will stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely no complaints. It should be a given that a single room in a boutique hotel in Rome will be on the small side. But the beautiful design made it comfortable nonetheless.

Without question, the best boutique hotel I've ever found in Rome, Hotel Nerva is beautiful, comfortable, warm, inviting, artistic, and delicious (best breakfasts ever!). Charming, helpful staff, linens that make my own Frette sheets feel rough, stylish furniture, and the highest quality materials everywhere.

Disclaimer - it is not a dislike, it's an advice for certain type of travellers. If you are a big guy (6.5"+) please mind that it's an old building in Europe - ask for a bigger bath if available:-)

Nerva hotel is a perfect boutique hotel for travelers wanting the total immersion experience. Located in a close vicinity of all Rome's attractions gives you a perfect starting point to enjoy the Eternal City. Friendly, cheerful and super helpful staff makes your stay even more enjoyable. Great espresso in the morning for the kickstart, fancy cocktails in the evening to wind down - it's all there and it's all perfect! Loved it and will return!

Very nice Hotel, directly next to the Forum Romanum. Mostly all important places of the town are in a footwalk distance. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. It has been freshly cooked and served.

Twice (half of the times I stayed at the hotel!) we couldn't rest after lunch because of the noise they made when installing the Christmas decorations at the hotel entrance. It should have been done only in the morning or in the evening.

A great hotel that upgraded the trip we did in Rome. The location, the food, the room and above all - the excellent staff members, including everyone. From the receptionists, the kitchen workers and the cleaners. Everyone is nice, smiling and responds appropriately to every request.

You need to stay at this hotel!!! The location is the right outside the Roman forum, forum of Augustus. Walking distance from practically everywhere! The staff was so nice and helpful, over the top care of their guests. The room had two bathrooms, a living room, separate bedroom. We loved it!!!
