The apartment is in a great location, very central on Ortigia, easy walking distance to everything and close to buses. The owner, Nabil, communicated with us very clearly for our check-in arrangements, and generously offered additional time at the apartment on our checkout day as he didn't have anyone coming in that day. The apartment is new, very comfortable, and was spotless. We totally enjoyed our time there and will certainly re-book if we are back in Syracuse.

I liked everything.

The nice welcome, bottle of wine , drinks etc in the fridge. The fresh modern nicely designed interior, with an excellent shower and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and really central.

Kitchen could be better equipped. A chopping board would be useful. Need to buy foil containers to cook in the oven or grill.

Nabil was a great host, he gave us lots of local info in advance and a short video to find the property, which although central was tucked away in amongst locals houses which I always think is good for security. Nabil answered every question asked really quickly, he left soft drinks, water, wine, coffee, toasts and speads all very unexpected but a lovely touch. The apartment was modern and spacious and had everything we needed in the beautiful Syracuse. Highly recommended.

The cleanliness needs to be improved, the kitchen utensils are not completely clean, and some hair can be found on the sofa. But the most important sheets are clean, so it is acceptable!

Nothing about the property itself; the apartment is located within the ZTL, what makes (un)loading luggage and parking a little bit difficult. The host helped us very well, thanks again, but one should be aware of that.

Easy self-checkin with good instructions. The apartment is cosy and everything was clean, we really enjoyed our time here. It is located right in the centre of Ortigia, so everything is very close - great choice to stay!

The parking situation in Ortigia is challenging. Our host did a good job explaining the situation ( including drawn maps) but it takes determination to be there with a car - and the public parking ticket machines come from the dark ages!

Superb location close to landmarks, shopping, dining and a few steps from the sound of the sea hitting the rocks. Immaculate accommodation and a very responsive and helpful host made our stay quite comfortable.

Nesh House is a fantastic and wonderful apartment. The location in which it is located is excellent, in the heart of Ortigia and very close to the most beautiful beach of Ortigia and to Piazza Duomo. Totally new apartment, very very clean and equipped with everything, in the house there is practically everything you need! Nabil was always available and very kind, letting us find some things for breakfast as well as water, coca cola and even a bottle of wine. It was an exceptional stay in Ortigia!!

Nabil is a generous and verý helpful host. He left wine, soft drinks, fruit, etc. in the apartment and was flexible on entry and exit times which was very accommodating. The apartment is accessed through a typical Sicilian courtyard shared with local families. The apartment is just as in the photos, nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped. It is in a superb location in the centre of Ortagia, a short walk from the Cathedral and many fine restaurants.

A great apartment in a great location of Ortigia. Probably one of the best stocked apartments I've stayed in with lots of lovely food/drink gifts from the host INabil, a well stocked kitchen cupboard and washing machine tabs/powders. The rooms are spacious, modern, with a lovely design and warmth. The small patio was an additional bonus, and has the sun for much of the day. Two great air- con machines ( living room & bedroom) much appreciated as I spent 8 days there during a heat wave. INbail very good with info & keeping in touch.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations!

This is a beautiful apartment that is so modern and has everything you need to be comfortable, including the bed. When we arrived we were delighted to find a bottle of wine, water, soda and fresh fruit in the refrigerator, coffee pods and spreads for toast. What a nice surprise. The location is perfect, with the beach just a 5 minute walk, and the neighborhood is lively and filled with lots of restaurants and shopping. Nabil was a great host, and although we never met in person, he responded within a few minutes to any questions we had. We loved Ortigia and can't wait to return and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else than the Nest House.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Great location. Self check-in easy with very good instructions from host. Almost immediate response by WhatsApp to all of my questions. We tried two of the Recommended bars/ restaurants and both were very good. The welcome bottles of water, soft drinks and bottle of wine were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend Nesh House if you are visiting Siracusa/Ortigia for a few days.

Neighbors tend to get lively quite early (before 7 am), so prepare for some morning surprises if you’re not the early bird type. It was somewhat solved after we talked to the host.
