The beach looks much closer on the photo. The location is not recommended to anybody with walking difficulties. No cleaning during my stay, toiletries only for the first day, although I was getting plenty of towels. No kettle, forget about any kitchenette. The room was too smsll for this.

The closest beach next to the port was just perfect with exceptionally good access to water, as it is sheltered by the port. The beach has a restaurant and a bar. The pool area was great too. The view is simply precious. Every morning I had my coffee at the cafe with a breathtaking view in front of me. Friendly staff.

Strict rules for the pool. We were unaware you couldn’t swim in the pool without a cap until arriving at the property and reading the entry sign.

Location is pretty far from city center (30 minutes by walk), so you need a car or scooter. We rent a scooter from hotel, it was a good idea to explore Tropea and location around.

It was good experience. Room was big, light and clean. All necessary was in room. Terrace with kitchen was good. View was perfect on inner garden, swimming pool, sea and forest around. Hotel located out of center, so it was calm and quiet (suits for families and children). Staff was nice and helped us. Closest beach ~10 minutes by walk.

The location was stunning, with a fantastic view of the sea and the city of Tropea. The garden and the pool was perfectly maintained and the staff was very friendly. The beach was just a 10 minutes walk away.

The Wifi didn’t work in our rooms, the beds where uncomfortable. the breakfast was poor, coffee and croissant isn’t a breakfast.

The shower does not have a shelf so one has to put their soap and whatever down on the floor. Not well thought out. Also, the terrace faces directly into the sun in the evenings making it very hot and unpleasant. They could use an umbrella or some sort of covering. The kitchen is outdoors on the terrace which would be nice if there was some shade. Unfortunately there were no glasses in the kitchen, no toaster and no microwave or kettle. Needs some attention.

Our room was large with a large private terrace that overlooked the pool. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out. The pool area is well maintained and a comfortable place to relax. The breakfast was OK but the staff are great. If you have a car the location is perfect for exploring the area and we always went into Tropea which is nearby for dinner and to enjoy the nightlife. There are beaches galore.

There wasn't a window in the room and actually it felt little bit isolated. No information in English at the reception at all.

the room was very basic. we had to go for quadruple room as there didn’t appear to be an option for twin beds. we felt a kettle would be a good addition to the fridge that was there and a few more shampoo/shower gels.

The WiFi didn’t quite work almost the entire stay.

Wonderful views, good swimming pool, good accessibility to the beach (10-minute walk - only uphill on the return), port and supermarket. All facilities are in a very good condition. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Great helpful staff. Walking distance to the town of Tropea (about 20 minutes) if you don’t mind some 200 steep stairs).

Breakfast was Croissant and coffee. There is not walking path to the harbor, just a road with cars. Not advisable to walk to the beach. Drive, park, get parking ticket. We were fined 27 euros. We arrived late at 9 PM and wished to use the pool but the manager was already cleaning it. And check out was 0800 to 0900 in the morning so we could not use the pool.

Rules for using a pool - you have to have a swiming cap and you can not use a pool during a night time. Pure wifi in room.

Nice location with beautiful view on Tropea and sunset. Free parking. In a bar you can have some croasans for breakfast and good coffe.

Room-dark, moldy, bidet had some hairs in it; towel holders not stable..overall probably the oldest and worst room. I was lucky my friends had one of the new ones (the price difference was small considering they were 2 in the room). The hotel was not fully booked-our trip was at the end of September, so there was an option for hotel to offer nicer room. The staff spoke poor English. Breakfast- I asked about price and they told me that each item is priced individually, which I don't think was the case. We were there for 4 nights and no cleaning of the room was provided- only refreshment of towels. There could be at least sweeping, vaccuming of the room and maybe 1 sheet change would be nice.

beautiful scenery and location, room was very clean. Staff where very helpful, facilities where amazing. location is a 20 minute walk from the town, so recommend to have a vehicle of some kind if this is a longer stay.

You need to pay very close attention to the photos of the room/apartment you are booking. There is a wide difference between the King Room that shows in most photos and the superior apartment, for example. The photos are also very flattering. The apartment was way below expectations. Rooms are very tight (you barely fit between bed and wall) and most furniture (both interior and exterior) is quite run down. The pool is smaller compared to how it looks in photos. Considering you have a kitchen, you miss a lot of useful items such as cloths, dish soap...

The view was great of both the city and the sea, it's set in a prime location, a few minutes away from the beach.
