The property is a little tired, particularly the rooms. However they were clean and comfortable.

They should have elcectircal outlets on both sides of the bed. There was a plumbing problem and they tried to fix a few times but eventually we requested to move to another room. Location of hotel was conventinally only 10 mintutes from airport and also only 10 mintues to the town but there were no restaurants walking distance from hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious. Staff was incredible. We had some issues with the room and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Both the restuarant staff and reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasureable.

Proper orange juice at breakfast is required. Bacon ought to be less greasy.

Staff all very helpful in many ways and my particular big thanks to Lucrezia, on the reception desk, who at very notice found for me and arranged an excellent one-day tourist trip to Syracuse. The one evening meal I ate in the restaurant was very good.

The lifts are a bit aged and gives sudden jerk when reaches your floor which might think the lift had broke down

Located near the beach with a nice view of Mt. Etna. The bed mattress and pillows are comfortable for you to have a good sleep.

The pool and the beach area were closed despite quite reasonable weather (for a Northerner). Would have enjoyed a lounge chair on the beach to enjoy the ocean view.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Attentive staff. Far from the city noises. Enjoyed relaxing view of the ocean and Mt. Etna from our patio. Even though close to the airport, the noise from the jets was barely noticeable outside and definitely couldn't be heard when inside.

The hotel restaurant is run by a franchise, and it was very poor. Service was shoddy and inattentive. The food is pretentious but misses the point. There were no vegetables at all even as a garnish. No side options. It was the worst meal we had in 10 days in the island. If you can, arrange to eat elsewhere. You can all the hotel for recommendations.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport at Catania. It is 10 minutes from here to the car hire drop off. This is a good standard business style hotel. The room at had, with balcony, was very well equipped and comfortable. Quality coffee machine and tea making facilities. We had a problem with the restaurant and the hotel staff dealt with this so well. The pool was closed when we were there for to a conference, but it looked lovely.

We had a bunch of ants in our room. The beach wasn’t super clean, and the pool closed at 7:30pm which seemed very early. Also, no hot tub.

The kitchen and restaurant is forgettable and overpriced. This is the only weak point we noticed.

What really let the property down was the poor lunch and restaurant.  very poor choice, and expensive, some of the lunch was verging on inedible. The only nice thing to eat (which wasn’t on the menu) was French fries! The location was near the beach and good for getting to the airport. However, no restaurants open within walking distance, so you had to get a taxi into town if you wanted to get some food.

The hotel was clean and modern, a typical train hotel. Lovely air-conditioning. Nice pool and breakfasts. Very good

Air conditioning was very poor, mosquitos in bedroom. Hotel guests are charged for parking. Breakfast buffet wasn’t very good, by 9.45 a.m there was little choice, especially for cooked food.

Once you walk behind reception it's down hill from there. The corridor carpets are so dirty, the room had a smell to it like someone had been smoking in it and just didn't feel clean, dirty marks on the wall etc. They need refurbished.

the staff were lovely, also a very good breakfast, the front of house in general is lovely. I like having your own private beach as well, would be good to maybe have more options other than cold drinks at it though.

The staff were pleasant but it felt very corporate. They seemed a bit disinterested in the guests. Also, the prices in the bar and restaurant were extortionate!
