We were greeted by staff and personally took us to our room. We had stayed there a year ago and the staff member remembered us. We were unable to stay for breakfast so when we checked out, they had prepared food boxes for us.

Air conditioner was not very cool and you can not make it to lower temperature as it is controlled by reception

The business groups staying there could be a bit loud, and reminded me of work.

We stayed at the hotel in Rome for 6 days. Comparing the other hotel I stayed in Firenze, of course, there is a difference between a 5-star and a 4-star, but the satisfaction level is so high that NH Collection is considered the best choice for my trip to Italy. Also we especially appreciate the professional and friendly response of staff Febrovia at the reception desk. If I travel to Italy in the future, I have no doubt that I will choose NH Collection again.

The price point was a little high, but would likely pay it again in the same situation.

The check in process. The front desk was exceptional ,especially after a previous scare we had at another location prior to checking in. They accommodated our family and we slept very comfortably! Also was surprised to see the size of the elevator compared to other locations.

The hotel is very good overall. The breakfast was fine and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and if you are reasonably fit you can walk just about anywhere from the hotel. All modes of transport are easily accessible and we even hired a car from the Termini station next door which was very handy.

The restaurant, albeit tasty, was rather expensive for food. The roof top bar wasn't open which was disappointing as it was what made me choose the hotel in the end

The location is next to the station, so full of people sleeping on the streets, smelling of urine and rats however this is just Rome for you. They charge for drinks minutes after breakfast finishes which is quite fair, however would have been nice to have been informed when ordering that we would be charged.

The service was 100% which is the most important as a hotel could be 5*, but if the service is not great, you will not be happy. The staff were always ready to help us if needed and make recommendations for dinner in the area. The breakfast had a variety of foods and coffee was amazing. The service was also fast, and the staff adhered to all of our requests. The rooms were very very very very comfortable, especially the pillows, everything smelt so fresh.

Not really a complaint but I’d have loved to get a view from the roof-top bar. It was off-season though so I knew it would be closed. We were blessed with warm spring weather though.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and ideal location. Brilliant staff. Superb breakfast. Fine art inside and sections of the Old city walls within the hotel grounds outside, a real authentic Roman touch 👌
