Very little but my preference in hotels is cosy Hamptons style. But this is a very Italian hotel and as they say when in Livorno ….

Staff were okay, but didn't seem very knowledgeable about local infrastructure (such as local public transport). Rooms are somewhat exposed to the street noise, but I slept well.

Nice hotel of the classic palace style. Slightly on the old side, but still in good shape, overall, and with some of the facilities (e.g., wifi, bathrooms, etc.) clearly updated. The rooftop pool was a bit smaller than it seemed in the photos, but still enjoyable. Good location: somewhat far from the city center and train station, but close to the sea and with a bus stop basically right in front. Comfortable bed and pillows.

No exhaust fan in the toilet. Otherwise everything was perfect. Nothing else to complain about really.

Standard sized rooms, but the high ceilings really increase the sense of space dramatically. I had an unobstructed view of the ocean, which was fantastic, ad the furnishings were very nice.

€30,00 for 2 Aperol Spritz in a plastic glass at the pool, so sad. Not worth 5 Star, maintenance building, paintwork bad, building itself very nice.

Absolutely nothing

The staff were all delightful and we love the roof top with lovely glass sided spa pool and the delicious airy dining room. The rooms were spacious, contemporary and very comfortable and the meals were each delicious.

Weather!

Even if weather was poor, Elia was brilliant that ran the bar upstairs. Great time with all the staff and eveyone was helpful

It surely wasn’t a 5 star hotel facility wise. Prices in the restaurant and the bar though were double of other places in the city. Bathroom sink was stuck and water wouldn’t go down, shower was leaking, room had a strong smell of mold.

The hotel needs refurbishing in some areas. Didn’t affect us as the view made up for it.

The view was amazing and reception staff very helpful. The bed was super comfortable. We have been travelling for over 3 months and this was by far the most comfortable bed.

Little details like : - Having to go to the reception to get towels for the pool. Why not leave some directly up there? - No one was in charge of the pool area (wet floors, dirty towels everywhere, no soap in the restroom) - Had to call reception twice about my suitcases after check in and waited 30 minutes in my room - Lamps not working in bedroom

Beautiful hotel & most of the staff is very friendly!Especially the man out front, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. Nice breakfast buffet, lots of choices! Beautiful view from the room. Very quiet.

In the previous hotels where we rested, the minibar was always either free or the prices were clearly written in a prominent place. In this hotel, the prices were written on the TV, which we did not use during our vacation. When leaving, the woman at the reception simply gave the bill for everything and when we said that we did not see the prices anywhere, she simply accused us of not being attentive and not looking for the price of the mini bar. We did not want to pay on the basis that it was not clearly indicated in the hotel and it was unexpected to receive such a bill upon departure, and the woman only threatened us that we might have problems if we did not pay. This situation spoiled the rest and thought about the whole hotel and unfortunately the mood was completely at zero after that.

Our room was always clean and the view from our room was fantastic. Breakfast is very tasty and the stuff there is always polite.

The receptionist didn't tell us how to connect my Wi-Fi. Furthermore, I find it absurd that it costs 18 euros for one day of car parking for hotel guests. Not enough sunbeds by the pool, it was impossible to lie down and relax. We had a room with a balcony, but there was no table and chairs on the balcony.

The Hotel was amazing ! Very friendly stuff, you first get a welcome drink for free :) the room is big and luxurious and has a comfy bed. The pool is very nice and included in the price.

Apart having two big TV in the room, both didn’t have English or other languages options. Neither you could mirror your own apps on it. So, for a no Italian speaker, I don’t see the reason at all for two TV’s that we couldn’t even put subtitles. More Towels options would be a plus.

Really comfortable room, big and clean. Really good variety of food on the breakfast. Staff team really kind.
