Really could have done with curtains or black out blinds was very bright. An extra pillow would have been great as 3 pillows for 2 people but not a deal breaker. Shower could do with a really good clean or regrouting. Not over picky though didn’t stop us using it

Not very well insulated, we feel like we're living with the neighbors. The room was not ready (cleaned) at the check-in time indicated but 6 hours later (rush time).

Shower door didnt close. . Dirty shower, beeds a good bleach and door trim needs replacing. Bedroom curtains poorly fitted and falling off the wall.

Online check-in, one key for 2 people, they didn't clean the room or change towels for the whole 3-nights stay.

Clean, well located and comfortable beds. There is a coffee machine, a fridge to store water and juice and a big table. Good privacy.

The part that holds the shower head didn’t work, it kept falling down. There was no hand wash to wash hands in bathroom sink. Also asked how we could get clean towels as we were there for 3 nights but heard no response.

The location was excellent, so many choices for bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also good to have sports channels on TV.

The only inconvenience was the bathroom sliding door was broken, it only closed half way, I suppose the owners will repair it after our visit!

The showers were a little gross, the bed sheets were not completely clean, and the desk in the room was pretty run down.

Location was great, size of the room great, good security, easy process getting in to the building, getting keys, and getting the wifi.

The beds and mattresses were a bit run down and overused, the bathroom had some areas where the wall paint was peeling off and there were traces of mold around the shower area.

Internet never worked in the room. The door to the WC did not worked properly. Shower cabin with a lot of humidity and makes it likes dirty.

There was nothing I didn't like other than the street noise which didn't bother me all that much. The Wifi is strong in the kitchen but not in the room which is way down the hall.

Excellent location. Trastevere is a safe, culturally interesting part of Rome. The room was spacious and good enough for three, possibly for a family of 4. The bathroom can be improved but it was fine for us three women. The host, Max, is wonderful and helpful. Room service is brilliant and friendly. The kitchen is good with all that we needed. Recommend - Trastevere Food Tour. Fantastic 3 hours touring the culinary gems of Trastevere.

WiFi did not work in the last room on the right side, we had to sit in the common areas because of the signal.. Only 2 towels for the whole stay.. Host could be more polite and helpful..

The bathroom was not very functional - the door did not close properly, there was no working fan and the toilet seat was broken. The mini fridge also didn’t work.

The location was fabulous and the staff very friendly and helpful. it was great to have the use of a kitchen and iron as well

A little bit of a fuss about the key to get into the building as the key didn't work. Staff provided a link to unlock the building's entrance at the end to accommodate our stay. The beds aren't comfortable but OK to sleep in if you are not fuss or don't have back problem.

For the price we paid, we are happy. The room was just perfect for 3 and maybe 4 ? They do have cleaners but not on weekend which is understandable. Fully equipped kitchen is helpful. Excellent location. Supermarket 2 mins walk away and in the heart of Tratrevere. So lively and nice. Could be quite loud from traffic outside but we didn't mind at all and didn't have trouble sleeping or anything. AC was functioning and work perfectly. We are happy with our stay.
