Felt dirty in hallways and lifts , had to ask for pancakes at breakfast, asked at 8pm for more tea bags and milk for room as was only 2 tea bags and milks for 4 people couldn't just give it said would bring it at 11.30pm was banging on door was the milk and tea bags. When the room was cleaned, water and milk and tea bags were not replaced , nd I idn't want to ask again as didn't want the 3 hour wait.

There were some things that we didn't like regarding the breakfast: only a few vegetables were offered, the omelette was made out of egg powder (or at least it tasted like that), the boiled eggs were very cold (most probably they had been refrigerated since the previous day). The room was a bit worn out: the handle from the bathroom tap was missing, the curtain was not hanging as it should've been, there was mold in the bathroom, the refrigerator was not working. The children accused the comfort of their bed (which was actually an extendable couch).

The breakfast was good overall. The room was quiet and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel offered us two bottles of water. The free parking (if you are lucky enough to find a parking space in the uncovered parking lot, you park for free).

The rooms and corridors are a little dated and could do with an update.

We wish we‘d had a chance to check out fhe pool, but traffic delayed our arrival. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space for an extra child‘s bed. The bar had a good selection of drinks and snacks and the underground parking was useful.

Check in/out staff were nice, explain very clear. Room was ok and average. Car park lift secured by PIN code access lift and cost 18 Euro per night.

They make you wear swimming caps and they come with a charge of €3 which was annoying. The breakfast was boring and expensive for what it was.

Tea coffee and milk in the room was not enough and some days wasn't refilled at all. An additional elevator would improve the hotel.Need more stFf at Reception, service onto check out in mornings.

Buffet breakfast had a good choice but the hotel food was not replenished quickly. The pool was pleasant. Location of hotel is near the Metro.

This was only a short 2 night stay so unable to make full use of available facilities. However the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situated very close to some nice restaurants and public transport
