Uneven water pressure in the shower

The bathroom was really small; it was hard to move without touching the walls and the handwasher. Additionally, the sheets weren't clean; there was hair and stains on them. The toilet water tank was difficult to fill, and it couldn't flush one after another.

The location was great, near a station, making it easy to go anywhere, and only 15-30 minutes from the Colosseum. The staff were really pleasant and friendly, providing information about sights to see along with a map showing how to get to the places we needed.

The location was perfect. It was 5 minutes by walk to the Termini Central train station and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The neighborhood is not that good because its near the train station and as we know that part is always dirty and messy. But overall it’s worth staying in this cozy hotel. The stuff was superb nice and helpful.

Check out and luggage drop instructions were not clear and we did not receive any texts regarding this which resulted in a time loss for us

The courtyard outside is beautiful its just a shame you can't sit there. Only issue we had was the shower pressure is pretty bad and no breakfast options.

Location was brilliant literally a minute walk from the train station and metro line, also about a 10 minutes walk from the colosseum which was great. The gentleman that checked us in was super helpful explaining where everything was and how to get there.

Stairs to get to the lift and only 2 people can fit that is without any luggage.

Nice courtyard and great staff. The area had great amount of good places to eat. It’s very close to Termini which is a bus and train hub with lots of eateries.

Great location in a house with beautiful garden and calm atmosphere which lets you rest from busy street of Rome. Such a kind staff who is always happy to help you and tries to make your stay in Rome unforgettable. It’s a great place for both short and long stays!

Needs to have a fan in room. The booking.com information needs updated. It states a sweet and savory breakfast is available which is inaccurate.

On 3 out of 4 nights, we woke up to noises in or outside the place, not so quiet if you are not a morning person. The shower is so tiny, and there is no hand shower, just one shower head attached to top.

The place is located just near the train station, also the city center can be reached in 15-20 min by walking. There are some restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The place is on the ground floor, no need to worry about carrying luggage to the upper floor. Unlike other places, lots of electrical plugs to use for different devices. The prices are measurably okay considering some 3 stars hotels in the neighborhood.

Warm water was very poor, sometimes absent, always low water pressure. Room is a bit too small for longer stay, looks a bit larger on photos. Because of covid NO BREAKFAST.

Good and flexible cleaning! Beautiful entrance, turtles in the garden, charming room, we were offered a choice. I love staying around Termini because it is a central hub and tou can go anywhere easily, but it not the nicest area.

The room was exactly as in the pictures, roomy enough for 3 people. Everything was clean, newly renovated, everything worked: TV, small fridge, kettle. We had clean towels and shower gel, some tea and coffee bags. This room has permanent hot water, very good Wi-fi, the window overlooking the courtyard, very quiet. The location is very good, close to Termini and 10 minutes from the Colosseum. Stefanio very kindly offered us the map and showed us routes. On departure, since we still had enough time until our flight, he offered us to keep our luggage until departure. Very useful and pleasant.

The room is different than pictures, so tiny room, we couldn't even move inside, the bathroom smaller than any bathroom in the world, the baby crib you have to pay to have it 10 eur per night.
