This isn’t about the property but Florence in general.. There’s no phone signal/service indoors so thank God for WiFi.

There’s only three of us but it has enough space for four (4) people. The shower space was a little small but not really a problem since we don’t really spend time in there. The location was perfect and there were a lot of great restaurants around.

The shower drain was clogged. Informed host who said someone would have a look the next day, but never turned up. Had to clear blockage myself. Also, I suggest the clear wall panel between the master bedroom and the second bedroom should be covered up with an opaque panel to block light from shining through from either room to the other.

The location of the property is excellent. It is near the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore and major attractions are within walking distance.

Small things could be improved. The shower head needs to be fixed …. Other reviews indicate it has been broken for some time. The head board to the double bed should be removed or fixed properly. The sofa bed not comfortable anymore as a bed. These are minor - would stay again.

Great location, nice sized rooms with storage, handy private outdoor area. Stocked with the essentials.

Three is no parking near the apartment. Also, apartment is in ZTL zone (zone with limited car access) which means cars are not allowed to enter it without a permit during the day. Not even for drop off or pick up. There was no information about this in property description or in the check in instructions.

Central location in the old town. Walking distance to most tourist attractions.

The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral. The appartment is clean and spacious. The communication with the host was very easy and helpful.

The shower was disgusting.Much of the white grouting was black. The shower control was broken. The toilet seat was cracked. There was no kettle,and you had to boil water in an open saucepan. The whole apartment looked very tired,not dirty,but in bad need of a sprucing up.Nothing like your photographs. Several windows did not shut properly,and the front door was difficult to open. the ground floor exit from the lift was lethal.As you walked out of the lift there were two unmarked steps on the right,which our friend fell down.

the location was excellent,right in the middle of all the action. Alessandro was a lovely man.

The windows of the rooms overlook the back of a restaurant, and in the evening, if the windows were opened, there was a strong smell of food. For us it was not very disturbing, but good to know for others.

The owner and the person who received us were very kind and communicative and answered every question. The apartment was clean and quite well equipped, even a small breakfast was waiting for us. Terrace and air conditioners. Comfortable couch. The bathroom was equipped with toiletries. Very good location, 2 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. We will stay again.

the floor was dusty so we had to wear slippers inside the house. looks like the sofa is dirty too, because we experienced redness on the legs.

Bad smell in lobby area of building. Apartment did not match photos and is older than shown. Shower head very difficult to use. Difficult to communicate with person that host asked us to deal with. Hardly any natural light in apartment.

The sofa cum bed was broken. We could not sleep there. The shower had water blockage. The toilet flush was also flawed.
